+The apartment itself is quite new, the kitchen area with the stove and sink is quite good. It's very close to the train station. The single beds mattresses aren't that bad.
−The agency seldom answers to calls or responds to messages to the point that in order to access the apartment the first time you might be need to wait for an indeterminate amount of time all while being left uncertain they will answer. The apartment isn't clean as you'd like and all the kitchen utensils are a bit dirty. There are free parking stalls available but they are very few and rarely free. The sink faucet in the kitchen doesn't allow for the window to open fully limiting air cirulation in the room which in hot weather without AC is essential while cooking. In the bathroom the showerhead holder is broken and the angle of the spray can't be properly adjusted making it uncomfortable to take a shower because you need to press yourself into the wall. The street is quite noisy and the apartment complex houses dogs which can be annoying in the morning with the windows open.

−Muy lejos del centro y en una subida. Muy empinada . No tiene aire acondicionado . Es un horno . La televisión no se ve bien . Y solo un juego e toallas para tres días dos personas .

+Casa spettacolare molto bene curata letti comodissimi bagno anche molto bella... Anche la cucina di ottima fattura e comoda, vicinissima al centro 3 5 minuti in macchina una decina a piedi. Top consigliatissima, sarei rimasto più giorni top
−Qualche piccolo difetto ma evidentemente di qualche maleducato passato prima di me televisore rotto in camera matrimoniale, interruttore cucina uguale. consiglio forse ci vogliono i condizionatori, casa un po' calda, nn sono difetti ripeto straconsiglio.... Solo qualche accorgimenti da fare... Tutto qui

+Ci è piaciuta molto la gentilezza dello staff e la posizione dell' appartamento,.
−Non c'era il condizionatore in appartamento, ma solo dei ventilatori! Lavandino e doccia da sistemare, porta della camera matrimoniale con cornici staccate e pericolose se cadono addosso a qualcuno. Pulizia da rivedere i dettagli...

+Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Gli spazi erano molto ampi e accoglienti, tutto estremamente pulito e curato. L’appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, senza far mancare nulla. Anche la posizione è comoda: arrivarci dalla stazione è stato semplice, basta prendere la circolare 1/3 e si raggiunge facilmente.

+Tutto ok 👍 suggerisco solo di inserire almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, anche per soggiorni di una sola notte. Per il resto, lo consiglio vivamente.
