“Will be back!”
+The location was absolutely wonderful, close to a vaperetto stop so that made it easy to get from the airport and back from our day trip to Murano and Burano. The apartment had everything we needed, including working air conditioning which we really appreciated.

“Disappointed.”
+Property was relatively close to the station and the bathroom was large and modern.
−AC/ Air Conditioning did not work at all, unless you physically emptied out water every 2 hours. No lift so we had to carry huge suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. Couldn’t sleep.

“Satisfactory for a quick visit to Venice”
+The apt was clean and in good shape .. a good place to sleep .. not a ton of room to do much else .. but it worked for us . The bedroom and bathroom were both a good size .. room to move around in both.
−The apt is on the top floor and you have to go up 3 flights of steps.. no elevator .. and the hallways were old and dirty .. The bathroom could use a shelf of some type .

“Very good”
+The apartment was incredibly modern, with a refurbished bathroom and kitchen. It felt like a comfortable escape after a long day walking through Venice..
−Stairs were a little tricky key with large suitcases so just be prepared and an odd smell came in every now and then.

“It was good”
+The apartment is in a good position, not so small and essential, well furnished, elegant and new furniture. There are also a lot of extra stuff from kitchen, like condiments and things to eat, and from bathroom, personal care like toothpaste, cotton swab or soaps (I don't know if due to owner or last guests). You'll will enjoy a good panorama from windows.
−It may could be cleaner, but there are lots of cleaning stuff, so if you are extremely fussy or careful, you can do it by yourself. I think there were some indelebile stains on sheets or towels, although I think it was all washed up. I don't recommend it if you are elderly or in pain, there are a lot of stairs, in a tiny and poorly light climb, before arriving at the apartment. The condo door is hard to close and to open, you have to push and pull vigorously.
