“We had an amazing time, would recommend to anyone.”
+Fabio met us at the door to give us the keys and told us everything we needed to know about the property and how to get to different areas of Naples (including Pompeii) and gave lots of great recommendations. The apartment was clean, well stocked with coffee machine, cooking things and refrigerator as well as tv and air conditioning; perfect for whatever you want to do in the evening. Would absolutely recommend to any one wanting to stay in Naples.
−I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about the apartment, we had a great time.

“Summer in Civico 30😍”
+The best thing about Civico 30 is the host's hospitality.😇 Fabio is truly a gentleman, always attentive and responsive. He welcomed us with gifts and always made sure we had everything we needed. His garden tomatoes were delicious. The house is in an excellent location , just 2 min walk to the best pizzeria in Napoli, Starita. 10 min walk to the historical center, the metro station and also supermarket Supero. Fabio has a very cosy house, everything is like the pictures. The neighbourhood is calm and safe.We really enjoyed our stay , hope to come back again. Napoli is a beautiful city and Fabio's place made our trip even better. You can enjoy pizzeria Starita and 50 Kalò, and make sure to visit Spaccanapoli in particular and the castles. You won't get dissapointed.

“We had a lovely 3 day stay in Naples.”
+We enjoyed our stay & our host was very helpful. There was a bottle of wine and sweets in the apartment for us. The bed was comfortable. We were able to walk to all of the main attractions. Naples is a busy & noisy place but we loved this vibrant city.

“Amazing hospitality, great location, everything was perfect.”
+We had an amazing stay in Napoli and it all started with the warm welcome and hospitality by Fabio. The apartment is great for 2 people, it felt authentic Napolitan but still safe, private and there's even a garden that we could use. We had a few gifts from Fabio's lemon garden and it was well-stocked with essential toiletries. Location wise, everything was in walkable distance to us. The L1 metro that connects you to the entire city and the main station is a few minutes away. Fabio was also very helpful and available for any info we needed.

“Cozy apartment and gracious host”
+We had a great stay at Fabio's cozy apartment. It is situated in a more quiet neighbourhood but not far off from many important tourist attractions, and most importantly, just around the corner from one of the best rated pizzerias in Naples! Fabio was a gracious host, extremely helpful and forthcoming- he even had a little suprise for us upon checking in. We are sure to be back when we visit Naples again.
−The tiled floor was a bit cold during our stay but if you visit during the summer, you will love it. The spiral staircase was slightly inconvenient, but we knew about that from the listing.

+Fabio was a super friendly and helpful host! We felt right at home in his apartment. Getting the keys and returning them when it was time to leave was also super smooth and easy. The apartment is also fairly centrally located, but not too central, so you still get to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay.

“Fabio’s apartment is the best place to stay in Naples and he is the best host.”
+Everything was really great, Fabio is the best host, he helped us not only with the accommodation (where we got some welcoming gifts at the beginning of our stay) but with the city and he also recommended city sights to see. He really treated us like friends. The apartment was amazing, it’s in a great location (nearly every famous location is within walking distance), and it’s well equipped😊
