“Student flat vibes”
+Location is decent and probably not bad for price - if you dont plan to spend too much time in the flat its probably going to be ok for you.
−Student flat vibes with general lack of love and lack of care. Accumulation of various things that could be easily rectified brings it down at lot. Not clean enough, various bits of clutter throughout the flat. Minging pans that were unuseable so wasted money on food, random cutlery thrown in a draw, bathroom fan not working, shower head wouldnt stay up in en-suite bathroom, various brooms and buckets and mops left strewn on balcony, thin mattresses, crumpled bedding, only one larger towel for two people and three hand towels, small open waste paper bin as only kitchen bin, no option to recycle, no fire escape instructions, host not helpful when arrived and entry instructions incorrect and attempted to blame me for it.

“My stay at the apartment was EXCELLENT after cleaning the apartment myself. Very excellent Apartment”
+The location was excellent, and the apartment was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with all essential appliances.
−The cleaning before our arrival was substandard; there were strands of hair throughout the apartment and cobwebs both inside and on the balcony, giving it an unkempt and dirty appearance. Additionally, the cooking pots and toaster were in very poor condition and clearly in need of regular maintenance.

“Great Stay at Luton”
+The central location is great. Flat is neat, well arranged & beautiful in a great part of town. Fast wifi & excellent customer service from the kind hostess. Beautiful apartment on the whole.

“Great location & facilities”
+Great flat . 3 of us stayed lots of room for all of us . Loved the unsuite. The balcony is amazing with stunning views. Fantastic location 👏 Would definitely recommend & we will definitely be back soon
