“Awesome, beautiful and well located apartment with great staff.”
+The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and very well located. Really great! Petra was so nice she let us stay a little over checkout time since our flight was later.
−There was a smell of seuage that got stronger at the end of the stay.

“a sophisticated and contemporary art hub flat <3 LOVE IT”
+Wow... as my own home has this sort of modern, cubic, eclectic design, I wouldn’t have been able to find such a beautifully designed flat even if I’d looked... what a stroke of luck. I’d love to meet the owner, Petra <3 I think she’s an artist… every corner of the flat is filled with contemporary art pieces…it’s a flat in a proper Croatian apartment;you really feel that sense of nostalgia… I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re travelling with an elderly person,as it’s on the 4th floor.

“All in all an ok stay but communication could be better and small details addressed”
+The property was modern inside. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms great. The location was very central, close to a supermarket and a short walk to the old town and sea front
−The block is old but characterful and a little run down looking from the outside. The communal stairs up to the apartment need updating. The front door to the block has a security code system but it is old and wobbly/seems insecure. There is a lockbox with key/code to enter the apartment. This works fine, however, we were not given this code before arriving just before 10pm in the dark. We had been informed that someone would be there or instructions would be sent re a code. The taxi driver helped phone the number that we had once we realised no one was there to let us in. The dishwasher had not been emptied, the oven grill pan was not clean, no tea towels, and there was no toilet roll provided - one at least would be useful when you arrive at 10pm!

“Valuble. Stylish. Historic”
+From outside it looked like a historic building, but inside is 100% modern, stylish and clean!!!! Big open kitchen, nice facilities Only the air-conditioners are not strong enough, since the ceiling is very high!! And the view from the balcony is stunning! Could never find such apartment in the old town and so close to the port. Highly commendable
−Elderly might find it difficult to walk up stairs, it is on the 4th floor. But we are young and juicy, so the only problem is not the problem for us.

+Apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Short walk to Diocletian's palace.
−Be prepared for four flights of stairs and the air conditioning was average (although I did go during a heatwave)

“Świetna lokalizacja!!!”
+Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: 5 min. pieszo z przystanku Promet z lotniska, 5 min. pieszo do zabytkowego centrum, ciche otoczenie.
−Komunikacja z wynajmującym mogłaby być lepiej zorganizowana. Mimo prośby, nie dostałem kodu do schowka na klucze przed przyjazdem na miejsce. Ale to mała kwestia do dopracowania lub jednostkowy przypadek. W jednej z sypialni łóżko małżeńskie składało się z 2 połączonych pojedynczych łóżek, przeszkadzała mi przerwa pomiędzy materacami.
