+Good location for City .
−Check in is tricky, so inconvenient.Never had problems with check in elsewhere before. Booking.com ask us do not pay any fee other than tourist tax ,however this host ask payment for check in otherwise guest must pay for taxi to collect at different address. Especially not much help through weekend and very slow response.I did ask for check in earlier before fly booking because I have children and elderly . Host did confirm ok ,then when we came they said it isn’t available because I do not pay check in service ,lot of excuses and twisted the words about conversation of earlier check in. Only one Toilet paper for 5 people for 3 night, shower tube head broken, shower holder was not secure. Bathroom sink drain is very slow.

−the AC wasnot good for day 1 until they fixed it in the next day the elevatro most of the time was broken and we had to check out and go downstairs with 10 bags individually in the building due to elevator problems and neighbours werenot that good becuase they accused us that we spilled something on the stairs and we didn`t do anything like that.

−Primero que nada la agencia que administra la vivienda nos escribio unos dias antes para solicitar un costo de 30-50 euros por la entrega de llaves (30 euros antes de las 20hrs, y 50 euros apartir de las 20hrs). Lo cual se nos hizo un abuso ya que esto no se menciona en la descripcion del alojamiento y te lo notifican en privado por whatsapp una vez que has hecho la reservacion, con todo pagado y sin posibilidad de cancelacion porque el pago es no reembolsable. Para ese momento nosotros ya teniamos los billetes de tren comprados con llegada a las a las 19hrs y practicamente tuvimos que correr desde la estacion con las maletas para alcanzar a llegar a las 19:59 y evitar el costo mayor. Ademas de esto, al llegar nos querian hacer el cobro de las tasas turisticas considerando 5 adultos, cuando viajabamos con 2 menores y ellos no deben pagarlo. Como me opuse lo aceptaron y solo cobraron lo adecuado, pero si desconocieramos la norma lo habrian hecho. Sin embargo lo peor fue que durante toda la estancia tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fria y la agencia no nos respondia ni por mensaje ni por llamada para brindarnos una solucion, hasta la tarde antes de nuestra partida, donde finalmente ace

+L appartamento se gestito bene è pure comodo, ma sinceramente tutto questo dopo i disagi è passato in secondo piano.
−Purtroppo devo raccontare la mia disavventura, arrivo nella struttura domenica 11 ottobre allle 21 circa, volevamo semplicemente fare una doccia ed andare a dormire dopo il viaggio ma ahimè non c era acqua calda, subito contattiamo la struttura per avere assistenza, ma abbiamo avuto la caldaia sostituita giorno 15, noi siamo andati via il 17 alle 10, quindi per BEN 4 NOTTI, ci siamo lavati riscaldando l acqua sul gas, 5 PERSONE, Barcellona come nel medioevo per questa struttura, praticamente 5 persone siamo stare in balia di continui messaggi e telefonate, una vacanza incubo!!!!! La delusione e il nervosismo alle stelle, un'agenzia che spesso ci staccava le chiamate, ormai il mio numero era segnalato... che delusione . Per non parlare che giorni prima un numero che si spacciava per un'agenzia che si occupava della struttura voleva fregarci soldi in piu per la tassa di soggiorno, ovviamente non ci sono cascata. Altro motivo per non consigliare la strutture è la serratura per aprire la porta, una sorta di caccia alla fortuna per aprirla un sistema assurdo che ci ha messo a dura prova..mai più!!
