+Great location in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of the metro and the city center.
−The customer service was very unhelpful,nearly every request was met with a flat "no." We booked the apartment for 3 guests, but amenities like toiletries and toilet paper were provided for only 2 people. When we asked for extra supplies, they said they would look into it, but eventually only brought an extra kitchen kit (a sponge, a cloth, and a small dish soap), completely ignoring our request for bathroom supplies. Additionally, we requested a late check-out, which Booking.com stated could be considered, but the host refused, claiming it goes against their company policy.

“A beautiful, cosy and well-located apartment in Madrid , a perfect home away from home for me and my mum!”
+We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Cituspace Sandoval! The apartment was exceptionally clean, cosy, modern and beautifully maintained. It felt just like a home away from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in Chamberí was excellent, situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets, shops and restaurants within walking distance. We even managed to walk to Gran Vía while enjoying the beautiful streets and architecture of Madrid. I travelled with my 74-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair for longer distances, so accessibility was particularly important to us. Thankfully, the building has a lift, the entrance was easily accessible, and Uber could drop us off right in front of the building. This made getting around so much easier. The digital door access was also very convenient, with no physical keys required. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment, especially to families travelling with elderly parents.
−Nothing major to complain about. We experienced a little difficulty with the air-conditioning controls, but it did not significantly affect our overall experience. Everything else was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Great location and apartment. Unfortunately AC did not work for us and sofa bed is not comfortable.”

+The location is perfect, next to a few metro stations with various lines. Also lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops around, in a lively area of the city. The staff were available for requests.
−There was no storage area in the apartment for clothing. There were not enough basic toiletries such as paper and soap.

“Ruined Madrid for us.”

−Was Not fit for 3 people. Couch could not be open unless coffee tables removed from the apt. and then, no access to the bathroom. No clearance to open fridge room or garbage cabinet unless removing “kitchen” chair. Not informed that building turns AC off end of Sept regardless of temperature. Could not open windows as it was very noisy and brightly lit outside. TV not working, no garbage bags, only 1 toilet paper roll and no pillows for the couch. Also, no where to put the luggage. We had to keep them closed and rolling them around as we needed in order to move.

“Great location”
+Excellent location. If you don’t mind walking, you can go everywhere to enjoy the city. You have all types of shops, restaurants and pubs around.
−There’s a big window to improve their cleaning standards. An upgrade on their fittings would be a good idea or at least a repair. And if you’re planning to stay more than 3 days, you better get your own toiletries, tissue paper included, as per contract you’ll receive a tiny portion of these and they won’t refill it.

“Perfect location and nice apartment”
+The location is perfect and everything is very clean and comfortable exactly like the pictures
−One thing that made the stay quite uncomfortable was that, on two separate nights, two different people came to my apartment and tried to enter. It was really scary and very strange. I’m not sure if it was due to poor signage or some confusion with the apartment numbers, but having this happen twice during a six-night stay was definitely unsettling.
