“Very good”
+We were a group of 8 people in the Eastern holyday. The appartment was spacious and very comfortable. It has 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room, more than enough for a group of 8 persons. The position is very good, only 20 min from the Dome. We found everything we need it for a good stay. We had a good communication with the stuff. Also we had a free parking place in the courtyard which was really great for that areea.
−A lot of dust in the appartment showing a problem with the cleaning. The floor was not clean. We had a problem with the mosquitos and we were forced to keep the windows closed. Not enough toilet paper for 8 persons.

“Staff very friendly , family lacks baggage storage and shower place very small for an adult to be comfortable”
+The support from the staff on the mobile was good , the service to repair the bathroom door was prompt on feedback
−One of the biggest fallout is that there is no luggage storage capability , you have to arrive exactly at the checkin time else you have store the luggage somewhere else at a cost that can land with 10€ per bag

“Great stay in Florence for a big group”
+The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. The rooms are big and airy and the 3 bathroom come in very handy for a large group like ours. The host was helpful.
−The neighbours are not the friendliest bunch but this is not something the host can change😁.
