“Horrible”
+This people are fraud,my stay there was horrible,the hot water was not working,and when I called them,they said the gas was finished,that they will come the next day morning to fix it,and they came 18h in the evening,for almost 2days I did not take my bath,and the address in the booking site does not match with the real address, they also demand additional 50euro for security purposes, which uptill now they have refused to give me back the money,they said because the apartment is not clean which is a big lie,the area is horrible

−while the apartment has all that it need, comfortable beds and clean sheets, the floors were rather dirty. drain from shower was clogged, but managed to solve it ourselves

+Flat seeems to have been renovated recently. Relatively clean.
−Location is fake in publication. Real flat is 8 blocks away and in an interior building, only accessible through a staircase and courtyard.

+Everything was spotlessly clean plenty of towels utensils bedding etc very secure apartment , quiet and peaceful.

“OK but very over priced.”
+Apartment itself was spotless inside, bed was the comfiest I've slept in. Fridge, washing machine, and coffee machine and kitchen had a lot of utensils. Approx 30min walk ti the beautiful port area, downhill there and up hill back. Few bars on the way back if you need a break. Obviously very newly refurbished.
−Directions to the apartment were not good, I tried to get into someone else's apartment, thankfully they were very kind and helpful. It is not 1st on the left. It is outside and into a different block that is very run down with a hole in the hall roof. The balconys look and feel like they're about to fall down, you can see the above balcony breaking and it seems quite a run down area. The bathroom has a film over the window that when the light is on, anyone can see in a blind would be good. No kettle just a coffee machine which is great but no pods. Would be nice to have some bottled water for a late arrival. I thought it was very overpriced for what it was, although the flat itself was nice, it needed a few little touches to stop it echoing and the area be better described with better instructions to find the flat.

+La ubicación es de lo que más nos ha gustado, ya que está a poco andando del centro de Santander. Por otro lado, el piso estaba muy limpio.

“Annonce trompeuse”
−Annonce trompeuse : l’emplacement affiché est faux, comme plusieurs voyageurs l’avaient déjà signalé. Le dernier commentaire mentionnait en plus qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Face à ces problèmes répétés, nous avons préféré ne pas nous y rendre.

“PÉSIMO TRATO, MAL ESTADO DEL PISO Y MUCHA HUMEDAD EN LA VIVIENDA.”
+Absolutamente nada.
−Desde que hice la reserva empezaron los inconvenientes con el personal y el dueño del alojamiento, no quisieron darnos ni toallas, ni ropa de cama extra para la semana de estancia paga y tampoco quisieron hacerme el rembolso del dinero antes de llegar al piso, al llegar al alojamiento son dos portales que hay que abrir cada que uno llega, porque es bloque interior, todo olía a humedad,las sábanas tenía ese olor impregnado, había mucho polvo y como sufro de alergia la pasé muy mal, porque no podía cambiar las ropa de cama porque no había que poner y el clima en Santander es muy lluvioso y no se podía secar al aire, el agua caliente no funcionaba y dure 3 días con agua fría hasta que enviaron a repararlo, el dueño del piso me llamó acusándome de cosas que no tenía muy claras, todo por ser latino, no recomiendo para nada este piso y demás pisos que tiene este anfitrión, me trataron muy mal apesar de pagar un precio alto por un piso en un mal estado y una mala zona.
