+the area is quiet and the bed is comfortable, and the apartment location is not too far to the downtown, around 25 mins walking. You can also choose to take the bus or bike to the old town, overall is nice and clean.
−the water pressure is weakness. Therefore, the water is not too much when took the shower

+The location of the facility is suitable for adults to reach the city center, but we had to use public transportation because of our baby and stroller. The bus stop is very close to the house.

“Enjoyable Stay”
+The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to make a simple meal (we made breakfast everyday.) The bathroom was very clean and spacious and we especially appreciated the washing machine. The location was great, as we prefer staying outside of tourist areas and walking or using public transit to see all of the sites. There was a great market just a few blocks away and many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed walking along the river just across the street from the apartment and watching the rowing teams compete on Sunday.
−We don't know if this was specific to the apartment, or a requirement in Florence, but to save energy, the electricity turns off when you leave the apartment. This made it difficult for us to charge our laptops/iPads while we were out for the day and work when we returned in the evening. Would suggest you bring extra converters so you can charge phones, laptops overnight.

“Exceptional”
+Everything was perfect. Good location and good host. One minus is mosquitos, apartment near river and mosquitos spoiled some nights :)

“Price value not according to what we received”
−The smell. The mattress was really hard, after a day of walking and standing this not help. My sucks turned black walking, means the floor was not clean. I disinfected the touching areas and the Lysol sheet was black specially on the stair handle. The first night we arrived 11pm and the lights when off, the general switch was down, we did not have data on our phones, so we walk to find a place to have us wifi to call Cristiana, and she mentioned was common problem. The day we left, we got lost, so we came back 20 min late for the time we said we will check out, and Cristiana was rude about it. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soup, water, coffee. The details in general was not taking care of. I do not recommended it, if you do not get data on your phone or a map since day one and plan ahead the way in and out for attractions you will walk for hours or wait for the bus.
