“The house Is comfortable and the location is perfect.”
+Antonio has been nice, helping me with the a early check-in, because my arrival time was early in the morning. The house is very comfortable and it's located into a strategic point, "close to the train station and not far from the city centre". It has all the equipment to make a good meal if you don't want do dine out "kitchen, stove, fridge, etc". For my experience, I highly recommend this property!!!

“Good base for seeing Bologna.”
+Comfortable bed. Handy kitchen. Comfy sofa. Smart tv. Pretty close to the station. Parking if you need it. Coffee and a croissant around the corner.
−Shower was either hot or cold. Couldn’t balance it in between.

+Beautiful rooms and building. Well set interior design. Comfortable bed. Very easy checkIn (early checkin) and check Out. Friendly and eqsy communication with the host.

“Nice and cozy place in Bologna”
+The huge apartment which located in the west part of Bologna about 15-20 minutes by foot from the central railway station. A lot of sights are rather near too. There are some supermarkets, coffee shops and small restaurants around the place. The apartment itself is big enough, it has it's own kitchen, bedroom with big comfortable bed and a lot of space, some toiletries and a lot of towels. There is also a world map on the bedroom wall :) The air conditioner is a huge helper, while there is rather hot in Bologna in June. The owner is a nice person, when there was no hot water in the apartment because boiler suddenly broke down, the owner came in about 20 minutes with the repairman and fixed it. All in all, I'm satisfied with the service and the place itself.
−The apartment was good enough, even if wasn't the cheap one. Booking says breakfast included, but I guess there was none. Still good place to stay in Bologna :)

−Pasigedau lyginimo lentos ir rekomenduočiau šeimininkui sutvarkyti elektros lizdus, kai kurie atrodo nesaugūs, klibantys, reikia labai atsargiai traukti jungiklį,kad neištraukti su viskuo.

“J'espère pouvoir réutiliser cet établissement une prochaine fois !”
+- Juste à l'extérieur de l'ancien mur d'enceinte, proche du lieu où j'allais; à 30 min. à pied de la Piazza Maggiore. - Au rez, mais fenêtres et volets fermés, cela ne pose pas de problème; et devient même agréable dans une période de grandes chaleurs. - Une climatisation centrale qui fonctionne bien. - L'équipement nécessaire sans doute, mais je n'ai pas cuisiné. - Une place de parc devant l'entrée de l'immeuble (à 10 euros la nuit).
−- Le petit-déjeuner (compris dans le prix que j'ai payé) est difficile d'usage : dans un café voisin, avec des bons et pas ouvert tous les jours ... Je ne l'ai finalement pas utilisé...

“Matkalla Bolognan kautta Pisaan!”
+Majoituspaikka sijaitsi lähellä lentokenttää, bussiasemaa ja muitakin palveluja. Majoittajan kanssa kommunikointi oli sujuvaa ja hiukan myöhäisempi kirjautuminen majoitukseen sujui vaivatta. Aamupala oli saatavilla lähellä sijaitsevassa kahvilassa.
−Majoituimme täällä jo 2.-4.5. määränpäänä Pisa ja uudelleen 12.-14.5. palattuamme Bolognaan. Meitä ei miellyttänyt asunnon tunkkaisuus ja pieni epäsiisteys. Lattioilla oleva pöly tarttui sukanpohjiin ja kaapeissa olevat astiat olivat likaisia.
