“Enjoy the view and the pool!”
+The view! The other people staying there.
−Truly,the hike up in the middle of the day in 93 degree heat was a challenge for us 83 year-olds! We did it nine times in six days. The lights from the property next door stay on all night. Ugh!

+Wonderfull terrasse on the top of the buillding with an outstanding view over Samara Beach. Nice pool and free loundry facilities. Quick response from Danny and Alejandro if needed.
−The driveway to the appartment was tricky, and there are no signs to it. Perhaps you should consider taking some photos of it and put it on the description .

+I think we where a bit early so we where given access to the room to store our bags.
−There is no signs to the property on the roads leading there or on the turn up the hills or gate. And no sign on the building. Definitely needed !!!; google maps put me in the right direction thu....

“Ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt”

−Von den 12 z.T. viel günstigeren Unterkünften während unserer CR Reise war dies die schlechteste. Die Wohnungen werden extrem schlecht gemanaged. Der sogenannte „Manager“ hat in den 5 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts kein Wort mit uns gewechselt. Alles was wir zur Wohnung wissen wollten, mussten wir uns von anderen Gästen erklären lassen. Auf unsere Kritik hin schickte er uns die Nachricht, dass wir uns eine andere Wohnung suchen könnten, wenn es uns nicht gefiele. Insbesondere von den unteren Wohnungen rate ich dringend ab. Es gibt keine Terrasse, nur einen schmalen Streifen zwischen Wohnung und Pool, der auch von allen Gästen benutzt wird. Keinerlei Privatsphäre, vom Zimmer zum Pool sind es etwa 2 Meter. Ab Mittag keinerlei Schatten. Pool ist recht klein und fast zur Hälfte mit Stufen und Podesten verbaut. Bad super eng, auf der Toilette kann man kaum sitzen. Nicht genügend Parkplätze für die 4 Wohnungen. Auffahrt ist eine sehr steile Schotterpiste, auf der manches Auto an seine Grenze kommt. Kaffeemaschine kaputt, angegebener Toaster fehlte ganz. Sehr schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

“No volvería al sitio!”

−La entrada al lugar es una cuesta con terreno muy polvoroso, para un vehículo pequeño le debe ser difícil subir, el sitio no está a 6 minutos como indica a pie está a 15 minutos aproximadamente, no me gustó el tener que cambiar de habitación por el tema que tenían reservada la que nos habían dado para otra persona al día siguiente. Con respecto al anfitrión es bien malito le contesta a uno cuando él quiere al principio solo en inglés quería hablar y es muy cortante, tengo 3 días de solicitar la factura electrónica y me ignora los mensajes me deja en visto! para lo que cobra es un lugar que tiene mucho por mejorar empezando desde el trato.

“Amazing!”
+Väldigt fint boende med en fantastisk utsikt över Samara. Lägenheten kändes i princip ny, allt väldigt fräscht och med det ett bra kök. Den gemensamma ytan på översta våningen med grillmöjligheter, pingisbord och soffgrupper blev som en bonus och en fin plats att se solnedgången ifrån. Att gå ner till Samara tog ca 10. minuter. Vi tog också surflektioner med härliga Alejandro som är fastighetsvärd och alltiallo vilket vi starkt kan rekommendera.
