“Nice location but standard and cleanliness could have been better”
+Nice location and communicative owner. Really close and easy access to two smaller beaches. Private parking is a big plus but the gate was too tight for our rental car, so we had to park outside on the street (which was free too, and worked out OK).
−Some areas of the apartment were not properly cleaned - we found old crumbs and trash on top of the kitchen cabinet, and there were leftover items in the bathroom that felt unhygienic. The outdoor space was untidy, with cigarette butts, dead plants, rusty and broken furniture. One of the loungers was completely damaged and should have been removed. The inflatable pool looked dirty despite being described as freshly filled, so we didn’t use it. Also, all non-stick pans were badly scratched, and there weren’t enough seats at the indoor dining table for the number of guests.

“Superb”
+Everything was great! I was a bit scared at first but the place really surprised us. We loved the porch with all the equipment. There was also place for a small car behind the gate, so that was really convenient.
−There was just problem with other cars parking before the gate, because there was no sign with no parking, so for some time we couldn't move in or out.

“Very poor”

−The rooms are very small, The beds are bad quality. The washing machine is in the main room. There was an awful moisture smell. If you are allergic, I highly recommend not to rent this property. The Gate door does not open/close easily. We had to jump over the wall a few times. The owner has been informed but did not do anything to fix it. Extremely noisy neighbors- I suspect that originally it was the same house that was divided in two- they were playing soccer very late. One night they invited people over and were very loud until after midnight. The property is located near a main street, do not expect to have a peaceful stay especially if you are sensitive to the noise. In conclusion, careless owner and very poor property. The only positive thing is that it is close to a nice beach.

“Super séjour”
+Bien situé : commerces atteignables à pieds, plages en face, nombreux restaurants Appartement très agréable : très bonne literie, 1 chambre parentale spacieuse, 1 chambre pour enfants, 1 salon-cuisine. Bonne climatisation. Très propre. Espace extérieur spacieux, ombragé et très agréable : table pour manger dehors, salon de jardin, douche en plein air pour le retour de plage, et même jaccuzzi et chaises longues

“Ottima struttura”
+Ottima posizione... Bel paese... Tutto molto vicino...negozi...spiaggia...ristoranti... La possibilità di parcheggio dentro del recinto... La mia cagnolina era in sicurezza...
