“Amazing views, but poor sleep”

−- pre-checkin and checkin was mentally exhausting and time consuming (I wasted hours of my vacation stressing about potential fraud, as i was requested to wire money to bank account on short deadline, otherwise the reservation would be cancelled - i had to call booking.com even to verify and it ruined half of my vacation day), checkin was very long and tiring, I had no mental power to listen to longest explanations why cash deposit of 300 eur and urgent bank transfer 2 days before checkin was necessary). The host threatened to cancel the reservation if I did not wire the money on the same day of requesting it - I was lucky to see the email in time, as I was hiking in the mountains that day - biggest problem - extremely uncomfortable beds. There were 4 mattresses available and only one of them was in decent condition, so I was lucky. My husband barely slept the whole 4 days, and he is not even fussy… the mattresses were light and placed on platforms, without any fixture, so they were literally moving all the time - the whole trip I could not spend any intimate time with my husband - we are too big to fit on 90x200 mattress together - it was hot and the only way to sleep was to keep

+Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The host, Kristina, was very kind and helpful - she assisted us with everything we needed, shared all the details about the island, its best spots, and recommended great local food. The location of the apartment is excellent: quiet, cozy, and very comfortable. The highlight, of course, is the stunning ocean view. Having breakfast on the balcony with such a view was truly unforgettable.

“Accommodation was fine, but too many things were not as expected.”
−Host had blocked my telephone and it was impossible to contact her on arrival. This was very worrying. The information on booking.com does not match the hosts requirements - especially relating to the cash deposit which states on booking.com that it is Euro200 and would be paid back in cash when leaving the property. In fact it was Euro 300 and was sent by her by Bank transfer after leaving. Parking is extremely difficult. We had to park a long distance from the apartment on most days. Including overnight.

−Zdecydowanie obiekt wymaga kilku napraw - drzwi od toalety się otwierają podczas przeciągu, drzwi szafy w sypialni miały uszkodzone zamknięcie i wydawały głośne dźwięki podczas otwierania i zamykania. Brak długiego noża w kuchni i generalnie jest mało sztućców. Mrówki wylegają w nocy w kuchni i łazience - trzeba przeprowadzić dezynsekcję. Słabe wifi.

“Very very satisfied.”
+4 balconies, 1 roof terrace, garden, 2 floors, all with direct sea views. Very nice landlady living in the building. With a bit of luck, you can find free street parking; otherwise, there is low-cost parking nearby. Good restaurants close by.
−Our living room sofa wasn't really comfortable...
