+The pool to swim in at night was lovely. Clean rooms and had some dishes in the kitchenette. Bed was comfortable staff was very kind.
−Fridge was not working well but we let the staff know so it can be fixed.

“Quiet and simple”
+The location is close to Tulum downtown but in a quiet place, which is a plus. If you are looking for a quiet place on a budget and you are not demanding in terms of additional services, this place is for you.
−We did not meet anyone at the reception but the owner responded quickly by messaging.

“Really friendly staff and a good hotel to stay in Tulum!”
+The staff was amazing and we felt very welcome! The Hotel is very beautiful and the pool is a nice place to start and end the day!
−It is a little bit outside of the city but it’s possible to walk or go by taxi. However that is something to consider.

“Very good value but you need a car and be prepared to be woken early.”
+Really cool looking place. Nice pool. Cooking facilities are useful. The big bed was very comfortable.
−We were woken up every morning by chickens and a huge truck that would start its engine and leave it running for a long time and it felt like an earthquake. A car is needed for this property.

“JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS”
+RIEN !!! A si peut être l’extérieur qui est joli mais qu’on peut pas profiter.
−-c’est pas propre, nos draps n’étaient même pas changés de la veille et il y des taches sur tous les tissus (svp on paye c’est pour que ce soit propre un minimum) -le bain est cassé -de la nourriture remonte du lavado (sympathique quand on veut se brosser les dents) -la personne est à peine aimable -le lieux est loin du centre de Tulum et clairement on passe par des chemins et routes très pauvres pour y aller. -on nous envoie un message pour les codes, wifi etc, tout bug et la wifi ne marche même pas. Bref, on devait rester 2nuits, on en a fait qu’une tellement on était dégoûtés de l’hôtel, JE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT et pourtant j’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des avis comme celui ci …

−La struttura sembra abbandonata a se stessa, sia all'interno che all'esterno, a cominciare dall'ingresso: se arrivate col buio ,potreste avere difficoltà a trovarlo, perché completamente invaso dalla vegetazione e segnalato da un piccolo cartello rotto. Il giardino interno è magnifico, ma gli accessori, sdraio e cuscini sono logori e sporchi. All'interno l'appartamento è spazioso con un grande bagno e un angolo cottura molto funzionale, ma i cassetti del mobile cucina sono rotti ed inutilizzabili. I pavimenti in cemento sono scrostati in varie zone, il che ne rende difficile la pulizia L'insonorizzazione dell'appartamento è inesistente, sia tra le camere degli altri appartamenti che verso l'esterno, soprattutto la notte, si sente costantemente il rumore di un motore,non so se di un gruppo elettrogeno o di inverter per l'aria condizionata...veramente fastidioso. La mattina, spesso viene interrotta l'erogazione dell'acqua, il che può causare vari inconvenienti. Secondo il mio punto di vista, questa struttura merita una ristrutturazione profonda,perché si trova in un contesto veramente incantevole

+Privacidad, habitación muy agradable y confortable.
−Qué no hay una recepción por personal del alojamiento. Me dió un poco de miedo el ingreso, pues llegué de noche y me puse nerviosa y no entendí muy bien cómo ingresar al inmueble y a la habitación. Fue algo nuevo para mi, pero me dio miedo ser víctima de secuestro.

+De kamer is prima! Heerlijk ruim en schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt. Eigen koelkast top! Groot bed, wel hard.
−De binnenplaats buiten is een beetje vergaande glorie. Toen wij er waren geen andere gasten gezien. Geen personeel aanwezig, buitenkeuken is erg smerig, wordt niet meer gebruikt.
