“Excellent communications, lovely apartment, centrally located.”
+Expedient communications from Radu the owner, nothing was too much for him to make my stay comfortable. He kindly turned up the heating remotely when I requested as I felt the chill one day although it was a warm that day . Radu provides precise self-check-in instructions with photos, can't go wrong 👌🏽 Compact perfect apartment , kitchen was adequate for my needs . Very quiet indoors despite the busy thoroughfare outside the location. Having said that there are some renovations going on outside but the noise in the morning wasn't an issue for me as it wasn't so loud . Centrally located in a pedestrianised area, therefore, to reach the apartment one will need to walk at least 200-300 metres depending where you get off your taxi/ bus. I found "Strada Mihail Sadoveanu" the easiest and closest to catch or alight from taxi. Access to the apartment is a flight of stairs , no lifts. Great choices of restaurants, cafes and supermarket closeby. Very safe neighbourhood day or night,very important for solo female travellers like me who likes to see the city lights. There's even a secure storage cupboard downstairs for storing luggage after checkout, that's such an amazing provision. Checkou

“Amazing, everything an accommodation and host should strive to be.”
+Having stayed in many accommodations many different countries, I can confidently say that this is one of the best I’ve experienced. Everything was excellent, from the location (literally on the center of Brasov), room (which is in a beautiful renovated historic building), cleanliness, facilities including (air conditioning and laundry) and price to most importantly, the warmth and hospitality of our host. He went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the washing machine displaying an error, but our host went above and beyond to make sure we were still able to do our laundry on the same day. You’ll be in very good hands staying here. Highly recommended!

“Comfortable Apartment inside the old town”
+We were very happy with the 3 nights we stayed here, the apartment is quiet and secure. It’s a short BOLT ride from the train and bus stations. The apartment is spacious, has air conditioning, a comfortable bed, TV, 3 seater lounge, a kitchen with electric jug, coffee maker, oven, cook top and fridge freezer everything we needed. The good bathroom had a great shower. The washing machine was a bonus, good wifi and easy entry and exit. Plenty of eating and drinking options close by and there are supermarkets at both ends of the street. Don’t miss the view of the Black Church and the towns tiled roofs from the viewing platform at the Black Tower.

+The place is very nice and very close to the Old Town Center. The apartment is very clean and has good facilities. And on top of everything the owner is very kind and careful to every request, sent me detailed instructiones how to find the location and also sent me pictures of what is in the apartment in case I need something extra.

+Very nice apartment right in the middle of busy Brasov city centre, yet it was pretty quiet during our 2 night stay. The host Radu was very helpful and even arranged the TV on the channel showing the World Cup final for us, appreciate it :) Great shower, good and very spacious room. Nothing to complain about.

+In my opinion, this is one of the best possible locations in all of Brasov. The unit is on the second floor overlooking the street. The entire place is spotlessly clean. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. instructions for getting in are very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend and will return here on my next trip if it is available.

“Όμορφο και μεγάλο διαμέρισμα με φουλ εξοπλίσμο στο κέντρο της πόλης.”
+Αν και το πρώτο σοκ ήταν ισχυρό καθώς ανοίγοντας την εξώπορτα πέσαμε σε ένα σύννεφο σκόνης απο έργα που έκαναν στο διπλανό κτήριο το διαμέρισμα ήταν καταπληκτικό, τεράστιο και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Αν και στο κέντρο του Μπρασόβ ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. Καφετέριες και εστιατόρια ακριβώς απο κάτω. Η συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη πολύ καλή ιδίως την πρώτη μέρα που συναντήσαμε το σύννεφο σκόνης.
−Δεν φταίει ο ιδιοκτήτης, όμως καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε συνεννόηση με τους ιδιοκτήτες των διπλανών κτηρίων ώστε όταν γίνονται έργα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο να ειδοποιούνται οι ένοικοι. Ανοίγοντας την πόρτα συναντήσαμε το σύννεφο της πρώτης φωτογραφίας.

+旧市街のどまんなかという便利な立地。駅との間を結ぶ市バスの停留所からは徒歩5分。 歴史ある建物の二階の一室は広々としていて清潔。オーナーとは事前のコミュニケーションがしっかり取れたため、入室も問題なかった。
