“Great stay”
+The apartment was central in the city. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit Brașov.

+We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful stay here. The apartment has beautiful views and is super convenient thanks to the elevator. The bed was great, and the owners were so lovely and helpful throughout our trip. We really appreciate everything they did for us!
−One minor suggestion: it would be great to have power outlets next to the bed for charging devices, as the ones in the bedroom didn’t seem to work for us, forcing us to use the kitchen outlets instead. Also, while the building corridor had a slight odor, the apartment itself was spotless and clearly well-cleaned upon our arrival.

“The building looks better in the pictures”
+My stay at this property was okay overall, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. While the room looked nice at first glance, it wasn’t as nice as I had expected, and some parts felt a bit worn.

“Completely spoilt by the landlord”
+The apartment is relatively cheap. You can find there everything you need.
−The socket next to the bed doesn't work. There's not enough cuttlery and kitchen utensils. It's located on the sixth floor in a block of flats in Soviet-style housing estate. The balcony situated at the end of the corridor looks shabby. I had a problem because I took Chic Studio Apartment for Chic Studio Brasov. I expected it to be in the centre of the city, complained to the owner and demanded a refund. I was wrong but the landlord should have explained it in a polite and calm way. One of the responses was:" I report your behevoir to booking.com, tomorrow we see what we need to do, maybe is better leave the place first, on my apartment i'm the owner, and i make the rules, if you don't like this thing go back on your country!!" Or "don't make me angry, i need to stay calm." (but I love going on holidays, paying for the journey, my stay abroad and getting stressed out) Of course I paid for the accommodation in advance but the landlord suggested leaving during my three-day stay in his apartment. The password to the wi-fi is illegible.

+W centrum, blisko do nowoczesnej części Braszowa. Wygodne łóżko, tv z dostępnymi streamingami typu hbo, netflix itd.
