“Nice stay but probably will not be back in this flat”
+We liked: - the location - the appliances and facilities - that it was a tastefully decorated flat - it was comfortable
−When we put the filter in booking was for free parking and this flat showed up anyways. At the time of the booking I did not cross check this piece of information. Only later I had another look and I wrote to the host asking about the parking and I found out it was actually paid parking. Not enough information was given about it. I had to arrive at the parking and start reading there how to pay, which app to use, to download the app, etc. Honestly, if i hadn’t already paid for the flat, after this I would have cancelled the reservation. There are plenty of flats in Oradea that offer free parking and less secretive about the details. Another thing which I found odd was that the access information (i did not want the access codes, just what box to look for, where is located etc) was given just few hours before checkin. I asked for it before a 6 hour drive, to have things clear how to enter the building and so on. Also, the name on booking is completely different than the name on the box which holds the access card. I had to try both boxes to find out which (coming after a 6 hours drive the last thing I had in mind was standing in front of the door and reading the instructions). In th

+The apartment is walking distance to the city center. Good and efficient communication with the company managing this apartment. The bed was comfortable.
−The AC unit was leaking, causing stains on the walls and emiting a smell. Also, the washer was literally spinning and making a huge noise during the spinning cycle. The bathroom is tiny; there's no place for toiletries.
