+The ideal apartment for Barcelona sightseeing and beach leisure: - The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals; - The bathroom is spacious and very clean; - The bedroom is cozy with a large and comfortable bed. There is a grocery store within a 5-minute walk, and a rail station with trains to Barcelona is 10 minutes away.
−It can be noisy sometimes due to cars and bikes passing, but we've fixed it with earplugs, so it's not a big deal :)

+This is a very comfortable apartment in a great location. I love the small patio outside the kitchen. Quim is such a friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay again at Quim's apartment!

“wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden”
+Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war über WhatsApp gut zu erreichen und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke super: Strand, Altstadt, Bahnhof, kostenloser Parkplatz alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Bahnanbindung von Mataró nach Barcelona war super.
−Die Wohnung liegt an einer Ecke von einer Sackgasse und einer Spielstrasse, aber trotzdem war es nachts rechts laut. Wir sind es leider nicht gewohnt mit Klimaanlage zu schlafen und mussten daher das Fenster auflassen: bis spät in die Nacht Stimmen von Fußgängern, die die Altstadt besuchen wollten und ab 6 Uhr morgens Autogeräusche. Doch da kann der Gastgeber ja nichts für.... Und wenn man von dem Sightseeing und/oder dem spanischen Wein / Sangria müde genug ist, kann man trotzdem gut schlafen.

“Días idílicos en Mataró”
+Excelente apartamento, ubicado a 5 minutos de la Playa, y 5 minutos del centro de Mataró. Quim, un maravilloso anfitrión. Literalmente al apartamento no le falta de nada. Sin duda en cuanto podamos nos daremos otra escapadita!
−Todo excelente, nada q reseñar como negativo.

+Großartige Wohnung, sauber, komfortabel, in wenigen Minuten ist man auf dem Strand oder in der Bahn nach Barcelona, viele kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Nachts ruhig. Der Gastgeber hat an alles gedacht: es gibt ein Geschirrtuch, Schwamm und Geschirrspülmittel, Wäscheständer und Wäscheleine draußen auf der Terrasse, sogar Sonnenschirm ind Stühle für den Strand. Wenn nochmals in Barcelona, sicher hierhin.

+La ubicación, cerca de la playa pero lejos de la carretera y el movimiento de coches. Las instalaciones en general, viene muy bien equipado.
