“A spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location, with a very helpful and welcoming host.”
+The location was excellent. We could walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Como, while the apartment was still in a quieter area away from the busiest streets. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and worked perfectly for our stay. Michele was a very friendly and helpful host. He picked us up at Como San Giovanni station when we arrived, which we really appreciated. He was also very easy to get in touch with and showed a genuine interest in making sure everything was good during our stay.

+Great location, not too close to the main square (to give you some quiet time to rest), but not far, as well. So right balance. The place itself is secure.
−I could make use of another mirror in the hallway (but very minor).

+The property was fantastic with amazing views to the mountains. The location is very central, close to Lake Como and restaurants. The host met us at the train station which was very kind and thoughtful. He shared very valuable information about things to do, good places to eat, local markets and attractions, was very welcoming and quickly responded when we asked for an extra bedding. I would stay in this property again. Thank you Michele for making our stay memorable!!

“Excelente Apartamento en el centro de Como”
+el apartamento es fantástico, espacioso, cómodo y totalmente acondicionado para pasar unos días. No le faltaba de nada. Muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos andando del centro histórico de Como. Aunque no hay parking privado, si puedes entrar el coche hasta la puerta para descargar el coche, luego hay parkings públicos por 5€ al día cerca. el propietario fue super amable, nos informó de todo y fue muy puntual para darnos las llaves.. Genial todo !

+Récupération des clés très simple, communication avec le propriétaire par whatsapp très simple, propriétaire très sympa, appartement bien placé à proximité centre et bord du lac, pour une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge c'était parfait, il y avait des chaises hautes adaptées.

“Fantastique”
+Notre hôte nous attendait pour nous remettre les clefs et nous donner toutes les infos pour nous faciliter le séjour. Appartement très propre et très bien situé et equipé. J’y ai séjourné avec mes deux petites filles et elles garderont un super souvenir de Côme et Milan.
