+Location is very convenient. Easy to go to the public transit. Love the shopping street in two minutes walk. The apartment looks not too old. Like the big windows. Kitchen is nice.
−Looks like a cozy littile apartment. Except: No washing machine. Dishwasher is out of order. No ventilation in the bathroom. Be careful when you stand up from the toilet seat, the big cabinet corner is right in front of your head. No curtains on the windows. Both beds are unbearable soft and saggy and I can feel every spring in the bed. One comforter did not even have a cover. Asked via message with no answer. It was OK but could be improved I guess.

+key box instead of meeting in person - as we were much later to location than expected modern layout and furniture charging need the bed location was perfect
−late communication of check in process. wasnt sure until i chased up the day before what was the process - do i meet someone - do i collect keys etc wifi was non exitant - ended up using our own 4G there is a dip in both single beds which was slighty annoying but i mostly had great sleeps!

+The location is conveniently located for public transport. It is a nice apartment with a kitchen and dining table, so you can prepare your own meals if you want. Nice shower as well. The fan was appreciated with the hot weather. It has a smart TV and WiFi so you have enough entertainment. There were nice fluffy new towels.
−The apartment wasn't cleaned, the bathroom bin still had rubbish in it from the previous renter. There was so much dust on the fan and on the floor corners. The kitchen sink wasn't clean and there were drinks left in the refrigerator. I had to clean it all myself and for the price they were charging when I stayed there, I expect a clean apartment. The person renting it after me will probably say that it's so clean: you're welcome. Facilities listing didn't reflect reality: There is no wash machine and the dishwasher was out of order. There were also no bathrobes. My experience with the host was minimal and they wouldn't pick up the phone, preferring to communicate only via messages. It's a shame, just a bit more effort from the host to ensure everything is OK before a guest arrives and better communication when there's issues would change the 6 to an 8.

“This place is a great budget option so you can spend more on your holiday.”
+This place is phenomenal for the price! The location was great. I walked to the train station half of my stay and that was twenty minutes. The reviews were harsh all things considered. It had everything I needed- a shower, bed, kitchen and a blowdryer. It was clean and the directions were easy to follow to get into the place. It even had an elevator!

−Da cambiare assolutamente i materassi.. davvero scomodi (ci hanno causato importanti mal di schiena per tutta la durata del soggiorno). Mancanza di tende (per la luce che entra) Poco ripiani di appoggio in bagno

“Carino, ma il letto è da rivedere”
+La posizione della struttura è perfetta, in una zona ben servita e ben collegata. L’appartamento è arredato in un modo molto accogliente, e l’ho trovato ben pulito.
−Il letto è veramente scomodo, decisamente consumato dal tempo. Da sostituire. Il wifi non funzionava, e nonostante abbia segnalato il problema, non ho ricevuto risposte in merito.

“Annonce mensongère, accueil inexistant. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour dormir”
−Si l'annonce n'avait pas indiqué climatisation, je n'aurais jamais loué. En fait de clim, il a fallu se contenter d'un ventilateur. Dommage de faire une annonce mensongère pour un bien qui se louera de toute façon facilement.
