“Ideal apartment - Great stay”
+This is our second time staying here. This time was actually better than the first. The room was very clean. In a great location for what we needed. Ground floor apartment so could get the pram in and out. Was warm and cosy. The first time we stayed there was a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom but this wasn't the case this time so it must have been someone else in the building or a previous guest that caused this. The WiFi dropped out 2 of the 3 nights on our first stay but it was working the full time this stay. Hot water and heating available when needed. Apartment had everything you would need for a few nights - fully equipped kitchen, TV with apps and channels, hairdryer, large sofa, 2 double beds... Great value for money. Will definitely stay again.
−The blinds in the living room and front bedroom have some gaps in them. So you can't get dressed in that bedroom as people would be able to see in.

“A great stay for the price”
+It was near south shore. Very nice n comfy local corner shop only 7 mins to the pleasure beach . Clean n equipped with everything .Just needed a bottle opener 😆. We arrived 7pm . And was late before realising we had no hot water or heating as the boiler was empty 😢 . But we agreed we would book again maybe next year ..
−No heating or hot water for shower 😫. I think when preparing the property for let these things should be checked daily /weakly..

−The fire alarm went off early in morning in our room for no reason. We had no smokers in the property and no 1 was cooking

“Good location. Very clean.”
+Good location. Parking available close by. Very clean. Big bright rooms, nicely decorated. Didn’t try sofa bed as wanted all kids upstairs with me but lots of sleeping options. Easy check in/out.
−WiFi very patchy though we were out mostly so wasn’t too much a problem. No washing machine not a huge problem for a short stay but we went to the water park so would have washed the swim stuff. Small hole in kitchen wall needs patched up behind the door but again didn’t cause me any problems.

+It was ideal for a family of 5 , had everything we needed. Great location for all attractions. Property was nice and clean and big enough for a family.

“Good value for money. Very clean and has basic items you need for your stay.”
+It is very close to where we want to go which is the Sandcastle Waterpark and the pier. There is also an off license shop just in the corner.

+Ground floor apartment so no stairs to climb. Neat, tidy and clean. Plenty of room and well equipped. Straight forward check-in. Very quiet, didn't hear any of the other occupants of the building.
−Only thing missing maybe were bedside lamps in the bedrooms.
