+Great location. Elevator if you have large suitcases. Complementary coffee was a plus. Very quiet. Highly recommened.
−We knew the bathroom was small. It wasn't a problem because we expected it. You have to insert the plastic fob at a sensor next to the front door for the water heater to actually work eventhough we turned the water heater switch to ON so it is a two-step process. It didn't seem clear on the instructions.

+Place is nice and clean and quiet. Very convenient location and close to most of the tourist attractions and local shops.
−Bathroom is too small. The communication with the property is not very easy. Most of the time do not respond.

“Overall great accomodation!”
+Fantastic location, a few minutes from the acropolis in one direction and syntagma square the other direction, loads of local shops and places to eat. The living space was a great size, very clean and nicely decorated and fantastic value for money
−Only downside was the size of the bathroom as it is very small! But we knew this before booking and it was manageable for 3 nights, definitely a worthy sacrifice for the affordability and location! However we wouldn't recommend this for anyone with mobility issues as the bathroom is a squeeze.

−Ο μικρός χώρος στο μπάνιο δημιουργούσε δυσκολία στη χρήση του νιπτήρα. Ίσως θα μπορούσε να είχε εκμεταλλευτεί λίγο καλύτερα ο χώρος του καθρέφτη και να τοποθετηθούν μικρά ράφια στο πίσω μέρος για να ακουμπήσεις τα προσωπικά σου αντικείμενα.

+Solo la ubicacion y con buena iluminacion artificial.
−Estaba sucio, encontramos uñas ajenas en el piso y manchas de salsa. El baño totalmente incomodo. Tamaño 1x1. Nunca salio agua caliente. La ducha con cortina que se te pega en el cuerpo cuando te duchas. Para secarte tenes que salir porque no hay espacio. El lavatorio tan pequeño que no podias lavarte los dientes. Una ventana que daba a un patio interno y con una especie de toldo de madera sucio por palomas.

+Struttura centralissima nel cuore di Plaka. Ottima posizione per mezzo di trasporto a circa 400 metri piazza syntagma. Alloggio accogliente ed ottimamente predisposto. Munito di tutti i comfort.

“Problemática”
+La ubicación
−Las fotos y las indicaciones recibidas para encontrar las llaves eran confusas. Llegamos a las 17:56 y el departamento no estaba limpio ni listo para el ingreso, con restos visibles de la estadía anterior. Finalmente nos indicaron que dejáramos nuestras pertenencias y saliéramos mientras enviaban al personal de limpieza, lo que nos hizo perder una parte importante de una tarde de nuestra estadía. Además, nos informaron que nos harían un reembolso, pero ese reembolso no fue realizado. Tampoco recibimos disculpas por lo ocurrido. La comunicación no fue fluida, tuvimos respuestas con demora, según ellos: no recibían nuestros mensajes y fotos enviadas por WhatsApp, aunque en la App figuraban como recibidos. solo respondieron a las comunicaciones de booking. El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo.
