“Spacious clean apartment”
+The accommodation was good - there were stairs though and the lift did not work - therefore difficult for people who can't lift their luggage. Spacious with an outdoor deck, nice bathrooms and lots of TV's not that we watched them! The location worked for us - just on a short stop over between destinations. The location was "grungy" student area which to start with felt a little daunting, but we quickly got our bearings and it was a short walk out to the waterfront.

“Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Naples”
+The apartment is beautiful and clean, an oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. Walking distance to many attractions, bars and restaurants. The terrace is a major bonus, very unusual to have a good outdoor space in the city centre.
−The area is a bit noisy... we stayed 3 nights (Thurs/Fri/Sat) and people were out drinking and having a good time in the surrounding bars and streets until the early hours every night. It didn't disturb me personally, but the couple we were with struggled to sleep, so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you.

+Location is very central, big apartment, lovely and clean. The terrace area is beautiful to sit outside, the host is easily contactable and check in/out was smooth. Thankyou for a great stay!

“Beautifully presented apartment with lovely extras”
+The location was excellent and triple glazed windows were a definite bonus. The private outdoor area was an oasis away from the noisy traffic and noisy customers at the bar on the other side of the hedging. We loved that the coffee machine was easy to use and that the sachets for the coffee were provided by the owners and some of the best tasting coffee in Italy so far.

“Lots of problems - disappointing”

−Honestly, after reading the reviews, I was expecting something amazing but I was so disappointed. When we arrived, the bedding in the upstairs bedroom and sofa bed wasn’t ready and there was no air con upstairs. I messaged to tell the owner but was told it couldn’t be fixed. It was so warm and I couldn’t sleep and eventually had to ask for a fan - this did happen the next day. One of the beds in the double room was incredibly uncomfortable. The sponges in the kitchen looked like they’d been there for years. These are just a few of the problems we experienced. This place has such potential but it’s just not looked after well enough. Very disappointing!

+Very nice apartment in the city centre. Good air conditioning and Internet.
−Upstairs bedroom could not be used because of a leaking air conditioner. Host was not available for support and only replied after we had checked out. No tea towels provided.

+Amazing host! Provided clear instructions on how to get in. Beautiful apartment with all of the amenities including great aircon. Great spot to get washing done in the middle of a trip! Modern decoration and lighting. Lovely!
−Elevator was out of order at the time of our stay but the 2.5 flights of stairs were only an issue upon arrival. Would have Benefited from being sent a photo of the gate out the front as the booking.com directions took us too far up the street
