“Very good”
+The neighbour who lived upstairs was very kind and gave assistance to fix the problems with the tv setting, refrigerator and heater. Furthermore, also for contacting the medical assistance. The apartment is quite comfortable but furnishings of the house need maintenance and improvements. Coat hanger missing, one more chair. Position is good, near the underground station.
−Basically, after having fixed the problems we found, price remain almost high.

+Spacious and clean
−A bit difficult to find. Please include the name of the building in the description of location. As a non-resident I had a difficult time finding the apartment

“It would have been fine only if the upstairs neighbor was not such a nuisance.”
+The property was ok. It was too hot in the room & the thermostat had a writing indicating not change it.
−The TV was hanging off the wall so I had to place it on the ground so it wont drop in the middle of the night and break. The upstairs neighbor was a complete nuisance. He stopped us on our way out to ask me where I am from which I did not find appropriate. He knocked on the Door at 11:40pm and again the next day to offer his “therapeutic massage” services. When he was rejected, he turned up the TV very loud at 10pm until 1am and jump up & down until almost 3am.
