“Lovely apartment. BUT customer friendly presence required for the entry system for ease...”
+The apartment was very charming indeed. Very comfortable and the beds were to die for. Spotlessly clean lovely and bright. Very close to the Retiro park which was delightful. Also handy for the metro just round the corner.
−The entry system was complicated and didn't work on my phone, even though I have a smart phone as requested on the web page. Trying to get through to the management team was laborious and stressful. I had to call four times asking for a key. A member of the team showed up on the 2nd day with a key. Also the noise level in the block was horrendous from residents and the builders, who started work at 6:30 in the morning. Banging, drilling and shouting it was relentless!! There was no washing up liquid and not even a grain of salt or pepper, also no instructions for any electricals, which I would have thought are basic items to be found in any apartment.

+The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The appliances in the kitchen were like new. There could have been some salt and oil for cooking.

“Poor customer service, lying about works, spying camera, not so good location and BIG security risk”
+Good heating, big apartment like in the pictures and comfortable.
−There were works in the appartment upstairs with noise and the lift was really small and dirty due to the works, when I asked why nobody told me before arriving they lied and said they didn't know. When I told them neighbours told me it had been like that for 2 months, they had to admit they knew making a poor excuse. With two babies that noise is unacceptable for a week, they didn't consider giving us any compensation for this. As an extra detail, there are 5 stairs to get to the lift, just so you know if you have a trolley. Forget about fitting a double trolley on the lift by the way. Besides, they have a camera in the private corridor which joins bedrooms bathroom and kitchen/living room without any notice. They told me it was disabled after I asked, but not sure how to believe them. A big privacy concern there. The oven was broken, one of the reasons I took the apartment. They took many hours and many questions, video, photo requests, and many cheap excuses to gain time, then decided they could send someone to have a look the day after while we weren't at home... “Very good accomodation!”
+House super clean and cozy. Wider then expected. Bed very confortable. The street is not noisy so the nights are silent and relaxing. Not exactely in the heart of the city but the metro is very near and to reach the city center is a pleasant walk. Strongly suggested
