“Cute and convenient”
+The location is excellent, you get off the the ferry and straight into the accommodation without dragging your luggage too far.

“Great location but noisy apartment.”
+It was clean and the location is very close to the harbour/main area. Everything is within walking distance. The little kitchenette was great to have (only available in the bigger room). Airconditioning is great. The owner of the apartment was quick to respond via WhatsApp when we had questions or concerns.
−The smaller room had no cook top/kitchenette, someone had smoked in the room, and the water from the shower didn’t drain. So we were moved to the bigger room. (Free upgrade). There were no toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) and no safe (the advert mentioned these both), there was only one fork. No one came to see us to check in or check out. It was done via WhatsApp, by sending a copy of your passport. (I don’t think it’s legal to send a copy of your passport due to the possibility of identity fraud). The apartment is on the first floor. There are two more floors above this apartment, which are rented out to tourists as well. Hence, the neighbours can be very loud. They had parties till 05:00 AM till the music finally stopped. They claimed they didn’t have a key to the front door (as there is no one to check people in), so they rang the doorbell, which rings downstairs (so you need to go and open the door). All neighbours pass your room as you are right next to the front door. This can be noisy.

“Ok as a base, good location, a little tight for 2 but not impossible”
+Great location. Room is small but well designed. I was travelling alone but might be a tight squeeze for 2 if you have big bags
−Quite small and shower water is a bit annoying but having said that it wasn’t a dealbreaker and the shower is nice and powerful

“Totally worth staying in hvar and in pina apartments for the location and value for money.”
+The location is excellent, you walk straight out onto the harbour front. The apartment is clean, well equipped and compact The host was very good to recommend restaurants and beaches. Hvar is truly beautiful
−We found it difficult to dry beach towels, bikinis and clothes, there is no where to hang anything, so items stayed wet for days. The bathroom could do with a shower tray, water spilled out into the bedroom and there was a damp smell at times
