+Cosy cottage with a lovely attention to detail of added extras to make your stay special. The owners were very quick and efficient to respond to any queries and issues both before and during the stay. I wish I could have stayed for longer!

+Beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Pleasant decor. Well equipped kitchen. Village is nice
−Cottage directly on very busy main road. Lounge seating not very comfortable. Parking available but if all neighbours cars parked then difficult to manoeuvre and would need to reverse out round a tight entrance. Seating area adjacent to car park spaces.

+A beautiful property, decorated to a high standard, with everything you could want provided. The location is great. It makes a good base for exploring The Peak District (walking, driving or bus), plus Chatsworth House and grounds are within easy walking distance. There are also many places to eat close by. The host was informative prior to our visit and responded quickly to a query during our stay. They also provided lots of literature on places to visit. Their attention to detail is exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

−Driveway was narrow & so parked on road as we got blocked in when all parking spaces were full making turning car around very difficult.
