“Ideal base for visiting Ashbourne.”
+Comfortable, spacious, and well equipped.

+The beds were extremely comfortable and the big rainfall shower was another plus! We loved the fact it was only a 10 minute walk into the town centre, which was great when we wanted to head out for food and a few drinks.
−There was no faults from our stay!

+It was beautifully decorated, very clean and toasty warm all through our stay. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location was brilliant as we could walk into Ashbourne.

+Very well decorated and catered, clean , great heating/water system
−There wasn’t anything we didn’t like really about the property, great size and all amenities. The only thing was the quite noisy road when in the front bedroom, not excessive, and totally nothing to do with the actual house, just a minor detail

+The house is a great size and very well turned out. It is good location-wise for amenities. The check in/out process was really straight forward and all correspondence from the hosts was friendly and polite.
−The location was convenient for the activities we had planned but being on such a busy road did come with its challenges; unloading and loading the car was difficult especially when you have young children in tow.

“Brilliant.”
+The property was really clean, very well furnished. Smart tv gave us plenty of options in the evening. Very nice garden and backdrop. Very spacious too. The master bed was super comfortable and large.
−The steps down out of the back of the garden are all broken and quite dangerous, and there is a screw poking out of the back fence. We had the dog with us so would have been really great to have better access into the field out the back.

−The bed in the small bedroom is very rickety and sqeeky could do with a new one to match the other 2 bedrooms

−Only 3 table spoons in the kitchen. There also wasn't an airer to dry clothes after washing them.
