+If someone wants to merge with nature and pleasant sunsets, eco chakvi is the perfect stay in budget. And the host is such a generous guy to help us in guiding n giving suggestions. We'd love to visit again n again.

“Most wonderful stay in Georgia so far”
+Amiran is a phenomenal host and a human being, he is your friend. He helped us every time we needed something. You just gotta experience him as a host yourself, not possible to describe it all. Massive thanks to you, Amiran, for everything. The house itself is an old family house, well maintained with everything being functional. There was plenty of space for comfortable placement of 7 people, and we could probably easily put 3 more provided they don't mind sharing a bed :) You gotta appreciate a wonderful greenery all around the house, a stellar view of Batumi on the horizon and of course, Black Sea. A few sweet cats are ready to soothe you at day and even provide some comfort at night, as one of them enjoys being in bed with humans. There are many good things about the place, location is also one of them since you are close to all the cool places you might want to check out in the region, provided you are on wheels. Overall, the value you get for what you pay is exceptional and so far this is the best stay we had in Georgia so far.
−There was nothing significant enough to justify rating this stay at less than 10. Some might dislike that some facilities don't look fancy, but they work great. Made for function, not for the looks, and I like it that way than the other way around. There are mosquitoes in the greenery, but they won't bother you at night, as Amiran can kindly provide you with anti-mosquito devices. Maybe get some repellent spray if you decide to have an evening in the garden. I, for one, allowed them to do their thing which they enjoyed, and I stopped noticing them starting day two :)

+Very hospitable and helpful host and beautiful fruit garden around the complex. Close to the beach - taking a shortcut it's just 500m.
−The buildings are built of materials which were at hand ;) However, it's clean.

“Nice stay in green Eco Chakvi”
+Easy to reach, located by the main road. Very close to the beach. Amiran is a very kind and helpful host. The area is green and lush. You have your own kitchen and bathroom in the apartment.
−It could’ve been cleaner, as previous guest’s shaved beard was still on the sink. The bathroom sink’s faucet leaks all around quite a bit, so prepare to have wet floors.

+Очень красивая локация, лес, вид на море, ощущение единения с природой. Замечательный владелец Амиран, подхватил меня в Батуми, без машины было бы сложнее, хотя остановка автобуса 6 совсем рядом. Всегда готов ответить на любые вопросы и очень приветлив.Мне досталась прекрасная часть дома, со старинными, буквально музейными деталями интерьера.
−Понравилось всё..отмечу, что присутствует небольшая запущенность сада и сантехники, но все это можно оценить с точки зрения общего артистизма атмосферы. Будьте внимательны - если мангал прямо напротив окон, как было у меня, успейте закрыть, если кто-то начнет готовить. Иначе дым в комнату.
