“Good location, but cleanliness issues and the handling of the broken key situation left a negative impression.”
+The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The apartment was comfortable, check-in was straightforward, and the room had everything needed for a short stay.
−The floor was noticeably dirty upon arrival. Additionally, we were informed during check-in that the lock was very difficult to open. While using the key normally, it broke inside the lock, yet we were still charged €20 for its removal. We found this disappointing, as the issue appeared to be related to the condition of the lock rather than any misuse on our part.

−There is a bit of noise from the street on Friday and Saturday nights, as the room is on the first floor. The staff is not helpful, lack of service mind. 😒 The staff just gave us the key and then nothing. 😤 The location is ok but not appear on the Google map, not easy to be found for taxi app. And she don't even call the taxi for us to Airport. It's just calling....the taxi. Super easy job. No elevator. No window shade. There is a big lamp that shines brightly during the night! The bathroom with no locking door. The only good thing is there is a kitchen and a washing machine, but the stove seems not working.

+Super Lage. Leider durch die Straße sehr hellhörig und auch die Nachbarn von oben sind zuhören.

+住宿處距離火車站稍遠，但地點寧靜，前往各處景點都方便！另住處內設施齊全整潔，有機會下次會再來！

“Comfortable stay in great location”
+Location was great, easy to walk to everything. Local food shops just around the corner and taxi from station at night was €20. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was good. Kitchen equipment with everything you need.
−Could do with a shelf below mirror in main bedroom for makeup application. Found the mirror on the ceiling in main bedroom odd. Front door key was hard work, it took us around 10 minutes to get into the building one night, even the owner above couldn’t get it to work.

+Great location near the Arno and walkable to all major tourist locations. Meet up to get let in unit / get keys was easy. A bit worn on the inside and 10000% need to upgrade all the linens and the pillows - they were not great. A/C worked great / we didn’t use the kitchen but looked nice.
