“Good location, good value for money.”
+My husband and I stayed at Ceren Luxury Apartments in Playa del Carmen for 6 nights and had a great overall experience. The location is absolutely one of the property's biggest strengths, it's literally just steps from Fifth Avenue, making it incredibly convenient to walk to countless restaurants, bars, shops, attractions, and tour operators. We hardly needed transportation during our stay. Our room was a little smaller than we expected, but it matched the photos perfectly. It was clean, well-maintained, and had no unpleasant odors, which we really appreciated. The property operates more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel, so it's worth knowing that daily housekeeping isn't included. We weren't offered any cleaning during our stay, and when I asked about it, I was told it would be an additional charge. We did receive fresh towels on the fourth day, but that was the only service for the remainder of our trip. The staff was friendly but mostly stayed out of the way, which suited us just fine. The manager was especially responsive. On our first day, I noticed the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. I reached out, and it was repaired that same afternoon. After that, it worked
−The bed was hard and could definitely benefit from a more luxurious mattress and higher-quality linens. I woke up with back pain on a couple of mornings because of it.

“Location/Laid Back Vibe & Unnecessary Wristband Policies”
+I loved the location and the roof top! Mary (front desk) was/is amazing!
−The overnight security (@ 21:55, 12th of June) displayed aggressive “own the place” demeanor & threatened to call the police on me and my girlfriend for going to an apartment which I rented for my stay. Unnecessary wristband policies. I get it but it’s not a resort!

+The apartment was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my time here! Location was good. It was at the end of 5th Avenue with tons of restaurants around. Apparoximately 30 min walk to get to the heart of 5th ave

“Great place , great staff, felt secure, right next to 5th ave. You will not hear anything great pool”
+You are not going to get an email with your access to the location until after your check in time which is at 4pm. However staff was nice enough to leeave our luggage at the reception area. Contact the host after you book and let them know you need the access information at least 30 min before check in. great location. I am going to book it again for 2 weeks in August
−The shower water was little cold. perhaps they can turn up the heater in the condo. Just let the host i am sure that is not going to be a problem

“Piacevole”
+La struttura davvero molto bella e centrale. Le cinque stelle però se le merita l’host perché davvero disponibilissima. Anche alla reception ci hanno accolti e dato mille consigli.
