“Bad”
+Location
−but no parking. If you are not coming in the right time, you can not find a place and it is not even free! You can not rest after a long walk, the cleaner makes a lot of noise, plays loud music or watches loudly the tv.. At night it was cold, and there were centipedes, very large ones in the room and in the cichen too. There are two rooms but very close, every noise can be heard. You must use three keys till you arive to your room, if you have bags, it is hard.. So it vas freaky and noisy.

+After my booking the host didn't allow me to enter in,as we agreed I was there at 16.15,the reason to refuce the room that he told me they closed and they informed already, unfortunately I didn't get any information,the apartment and I was trying to talk to him /he disconnect my call and too nice way, you it was so hard get a room at Pecs after 16.00,this was my experience with this apartment

“For one night for this price ok, close to Uni - most important for me.”
+Location good , close to the university, the host quite flexible with giving the key. I knew that breakfast is not included.
−No waterboiler, no duvet, only an old and not clean blanket! The shower and sink would need mould killer.

“Perfect value for money place with a ideal location in Pecs.”
+No breakfast was provided. The location was ideal, very close to the old town, downstairs restaurants (including pizzerias), cafes open from 6h30 with very good Italian coffee, sandwiches and snacks. The place is on the first floor (no lift) with its own bathroom (including shower, soap and towel), kitchenette with gas cooker and fridge, fully equipped with pots, plates and cutlery. There is a work area and a small balcony overlooking the garden. The bed is on a mezzanine floor with very steep steps, so those with disabilities need to be careful.
−It really is a very good value for money place. However, the place is not so clean and this could easily be improved. The host could also be more responsive to text messages via Booking.com. Not everyone can call abroad and still the host does not call back.

“Interesting”
+I like that there was no bedbugs there...
−I had to pay extra money for the AC and I lived with insects and a reptile there. The toilet was not working properly. The size was incredibly small. Otherwise it was not bad. I missed the proper and clean bed sheets.

+Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése
−A falak papír vékonyak és a fürdőből áradt a csatorna szag ... egy alapos takarítás ráfért volna, ezen az ecet már nem segít.. Külön díj ellenében lehetett használni a légkondit, valamint a tulaj megkért, hogy mondjam le a Booking.com-os foglalásomat... (gondolom az adók miatt) Parkolni nagyon nehéz a környéken.
