“Clean, central location, very friendly host”
+Very clean, central location, the host gave me a lot of information about what to do in the region - a real guide! Very comfortable mattress! There is everything necessary in the apartment - fully equipped kitchen and so on. Everything is new and clean! Transfer to and from the airport can be organized (around 30 euro). There is a lift in the building, which is very convenient. I will definitely stay in the same apartment next time a visit Málaga!
−The mattress is very comfortable, but for a couple that are very large people, the bed could be a little narrow. For people of average size, however, it is perfect!

“Amazing”
+The location is fantastic and the place is simply great and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need (even an Italian stovetop moka coffee maker!). The bathroom had body wash and lotion, including washing machine detergent. The bed was super comfortable. A special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly helpful and kind.

+Apartamento espaçoso e adequado para 6 pessoas, com três quartos, o que é uma grande vantagem para um grupo. Tem também um frigorífico grande, algo que nem sempre se encontra neste tipo de alojamento e que é muito útil, sobretudo para estadias de vários dias. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi fácil e prática, sempre disponível através do WhatsApp. O prédio tem elevador, o que é importante, uma vez que o apartamento fica no 5.º andar. No geral, o apartamento é funcional e permite uma estadia agradável.
−O apartamento é um pouco envelhecido e alguns elementos poderiam ser renovados, nomeadamente os colchões, que já apresentam algum desgaste e não são dos mais confortáveis. Para uma estadia de vários dias, isso pode acabar por ser sentido, sobretudo ao nível das costas. A localização também não é tão central quanto esperávamos e implica alguma caminhada, incluindo algumas ruas com desnível, pelo que pode ser menos conveniente para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade. No entanto, o principal ponto a melhorar é o ar condicionado: na descrição é indicado que o apartamento dispõe de ar condicionado, mas este existe apenas na sala. Nos quartos há apenas ventoinhas, que não têm o mesmo efeito de refrigeração, algo que pode ser bastante desconfortável durante o verão de Málaga. Consideramos que esta informação deveria estar mais explícita na descrição, sobretudo tendo em conta o preço do alojamento. A relação qualidade-preço parece-nos, por isso, um pouco elevada.

“Pasando calor en el piso”
+La localización es bastante buena, cerca del centro. Se agradece que haya un salón y no todo sean habitaciones.
−No me gustó que solo había un aire acondicionado en toda la casa, y que a pesar de tenerlo puesto de noche no enfriaba suficiente. De hecho ni estando en el salón podíamos estar frescos cuando lo poníamos a tope. Solo existía un juego de llaves, que además no se puede separar, haciendo bastante difícil la gestión del piso si no está todo el grupo junto constantemente. Los ventiladores del techo y de pie (solo había 3 en el piso, uno por hab.) estaban bastante sucios. Además, eran absolutamente insuficientes. Pasamos mucho mucho calor, y dormir se hizo muy complicado.

“A Perfect Apartment and a Wonderful Host”
+We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Málaga and would highly recommend it. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Communication was excellent, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We did have a small issue during our stay in the apartment, but the host came within 15 minutes, quickly resolved the problem, and even apologized for the inconvenience,even though it was not his fault at all. This really showed how helpful and considerate he was. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great location close to everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. As someone who suffers from back problems, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't experience any discomfort. In fact, I woke up each morning feeling well-rested and without the usual back pain. Overall, the beds provided excellent comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. We would like to sincerely thank the host for everything he did, for his quick responses, and for his kindness throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time in Málaga and truly hope to return soon.
