“A clean well located spacious apartment but only meant for 4 adults sharing 2 bedrooms .”
+It was clean and spacious and well located
−The property advertised the third bedroom with a sofa Cum bed . A small single bed was made up for a child .. when I said that I expected a bed for an adult I was told that I could go and stay at another hotel if I did not like the bed . The lady then made up the sofa Cum bed . It was wide enough but I had my legs sticking out and I am only 5.5 feet . I would definitely expect a refund for the third bedroom.

“Excellent apartment”
+I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including [Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, clean linens - customize as needed]. The location was perfect - close to [shops/restaurants/public transport - or whatever applies], making it easy to get around. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable apartment stay. Thank you for a great experience!
−I did like everything at our staying.

+Perfect location.Big flat enough.
−The furniture is a bit old. The air conditioners definitely need replacing - too old and very noisy. I didn't like the owner's attitude..

+The apartment is quite big and clean. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, old city, even walking distance to the port (25 minutes). Alla, the owner, was very helpfull and we did enjoy the apartment during our short 3 night stay (familly of 5 adults and 1 child).
−During our stay (Fri to Mon) the rooms facing the main road, were very noisy in the evenings (9pm to 12am). Music, fireworks, traffic...if noise is an issue, the room facing the back is much quietter then the 2 in the front.
