+Location.
−The bed was so bad. The room was smelling smoke. The owner came with a story that a person stayed for 8 days. Meaning no clening after 3 dats to tell the person, smoking is not allowed or the person only smoked on the 8 day. The door to the kitchen to go outside can't be locked.

“I enjoyed my stay and loved the location. It was an AWESOME visit.”
+The location is AWESOME! Initially I was apprehensive when I checked-in because of the back of the apartment. After the 3rd day I got over the half curtain. I am used to full light blockage in the morning by the curtains. I enjoyed my stay the HOST was very comforting and supportive. Thank you for your support and always being willing to answer questions and respond to my questions right away. See you next time.
−The cold rain but after a few days I began to love the weather. Southern California hardly has rain like Romania.

“A good place if you just need a place to crash in, take a shower and don't need AC”
+The apartment is in a good location. The windows do not face the street. It was clean. The host is responsive and helpful. There is an outdoor shade on the bedroom window, allowing for privacy and some darkness. The toilet is in a separate room than the bathtub + sink. This may be helpful if multiple people stay in and they each need separate uses of the bathroom area. Constant flow of hot water - which in Bucharest is not a granted, believe you me!
−The AC unit is old and doesn't cool off at all. It makes noise and after you turn it off, the condensed water accumulated in it just drops on the floor. The kitchen had a constant smell of sewage. The apartment is facing the inside "yard" of the building and the garbage disposal dumpster is right next to the kitchen window. that contraption is all made of metal so during the day, people throw trash down and it makes a lot of noise. The bath fixtures are old and rundown. Shower heads are easy to replace and cheap and could make a great difference, so i advise the host to do that.

“Good choice if you want your own space.”
+Nice size. Was a proper apartment, so It had individual rooms rather than just one big room. The bed was comfy. The location was good, not too big a walk to old Town.
−I had issues with opening and closing the back door.
