+We really appreciated how flexible the host was when our check-in time changed because of our flight situation. The apartment is very nice and fully prepared for guests’ needs. The location is excellent and really couldn’t be better. It is only about a 2-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to the tram, so it is very easy to get almost anywhere. We were also able to walk to all the popular sights in Nice, with most places within about a 30-minute walk. Two things were especially important to us: 1. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor with only a few stairs. This made it very convenient both for our luggage and for everyday use. 2. The room has air conditioning. I really can’t imagine staying here without it during this unusually hot September. Overall, we had a very comfortable and convenient stay.

+Friendly host, we were able to check in slightly early and check out slightly later. The apartment has been taken very good care of and very clean. Location also great, right next to the train station yet quiet in the evening.

+Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance to Nice-Ville Station, making it very convenient to explore different towns along the coast. The place was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, especially the fully stocked kitchen. One of the sweetest touches was the homemade strawberry jam waiting for us upon arrival, a tiny jar of French happiness 🍓. Yves was an exceptional host. He personally met us to hand over the keys, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and made sure we were comfortable settling in. He was also very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nice.

“A wonderful 10-day stay on the Cote d'Azur”
+We are very happy with our stay in this comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, iron, hairdryer. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the train station, from where there are trains to most cities on the Cote d'Azur, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check out later. I recommend!

+So nice, clean and cozy apartment with all the amenities you may need. And the location is great! Very close to the main railway station Nice-Ville, easy and quick access to the city center and major tourist attractions. The host was amazing and always quick to respond that made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend the apartment and the host!
