+It was in the center of the town. The apartment was a little bit small to accommodate 4 persons but for a couple of days not big deal. Also a plus was the heating which was great...

−⭐ 0/10 - My personal worst experience I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this place. We arrived late in the evening and were unable to enter the building at all. The entrance door was clearly damaged: the upper lock was broken, the mailbox slot was wide open, and the main lock would only spin without catching. We stood outside from around 11 PM until 1 AM, in the cold, repeatedly trying to get inside. I contacted the host several times. At first, there was no response. When someone finally answered the phone, we were scolded for calling “so late,” even though we simply wanted to check in. The person on the phone said they were aware of the door issue but that nobody would come to fix it over the weekend , meaning we would never have been able to enter during our reservation anyway. We asked if someone could come help us open the door, and we were literally laughed at. We were told the host was “tired from work” and wouldn’t come. As two young women, we were left standing outside a dark building after midnight in winter, completely helpless, with no way to get into the place we paid for. We had no choice but to urgently search for a new hotel at 1 AM. When

+The apartment is clean and the kitchenette is quite well equipped. The location is excellent, in the central part of the city, very near to Parliament, Metro and tram stations.
−The get in instructions are not clear enough, the door lock is kind of broken and it is not easy to unlock. They promised to send a technician but he never came. It is written that they give an invoice but they didn't and that caused trouble for me. As a whole communication with hosts had been miserable. There was a bad cigarette smell in the apartment when I came. The room was full of dead flowers.

+Stanovanje samo po sebi je zelo lepo, urejeno, čisto, na dobri lokaciji. Kuhinja je sicer mala, a za pripravo zajtrka je ravno pravšnja, in je dobro založena z ponvami in kozicami. Kopalnica lepo velika, bivalni prostor kot na sliki.
−Odnos lastnikov je tisti dejavnik, zaradi katerega se v nastanitev ne bi več vrnila. Najprej so bili popolnoma neodzivni na vsa pisna sporočila - ne glede na to, ali so bila poslana prek e-pošte, Viberja ali WhatsAppa. Na jutro našega check-ina sem jim pisala, da ne razumem, kako poteka dostop do stanovanja, in jih prosila za dodatna pojasnila, saj sem od njih prejela le prazen e-mail oz. v neberljivem formatu. Ker smo imele zelo pozen check-in, je bilo celodnevno ignoriranje na treh različnih kanalih vse prej kot vzbujajoče zaupanje. Uro pred prihodom smo jih ponovno poklicale, saj smo res potrebovale informacije o dostopu do stanovanja. Gospa je osorno odgovorila, da smo prejele e-mail, v katerem naj bi bilo vse pojasnjeno oz. da je vse v Booking aplikaciji. Ko smo prispele na lokacijo, smo jo zaradi prej omenjenega e-maila morale znova poklicati. Po nekajminutni lekciji o naši neresnosti in nezrelosti nam je končno posredovala kodo za stanovanje, vendar tak odnos do gostov vsekakor ni sprejemljiv. Še posebej, če te stranka že 10 ur prej na vljuden način pisno opozori, da se ne počuti dovolj informirano.

+Lokacija apartmana je odlična. Javni prijevoz i glavne atrakcije su na nekoliko minuta hoda. Odlično
−U opisu piše da ima parking, no nije ga bilo... Bio je ulični kako je i rečeno, ali smo dobili kaznu za parkiranje u ulici u kojoj se navodno ne smije parkirati, a bilo je više stotina vozila. Nitko nije dobio kaznu osim nas. Dakle, treba poraditi na objašnjenju gdje i kako se parkirati ako dolazite osobnim vozilom.

−Что меня не предупредили что дверь без ключей не открывается и я закрыла дверь но в сумке не было моих ключей они остались внутри и все с того момента нужно было выживать мне слесаря но я не смогла и вызвала хозяйку и я за три секунды дела отдала 60 эвро

+Şehir merkezine yakın ve temiz idi,ancak iletişim sorunu yaşadım ve telefonla aradığımda ya da mesaj attığımda geri dönüş yapılmadı.Biz size her şeyi booking com aracılığı ile bilgilendirdik dendi.
−İletişim konusu bence çok sıkıntılı idi.Ben konuta ulaştığımda halen key password konusunda bilgim yoktu,mail adresi ve iletişim telefon numarası olduğu için çok dert etmedim,ancak defalarca aramama,mail ve mesaj atmama rağmen geri dönülmedi.Artık taciz boyutundaki mesajlarıma nihayet yanıt verildiğinde ise çok kaba bir davranış sergilendi. “Biz size her şeyi booking aracılığıyla ilettik “dendi.Booking işlemi başka bir telefon ile yapılmıştı, evet bilgindirme yapılmış o telefona ama bana ait değil,benim mail adresim ve telefon numarama herhangi bir bilgilendirme gelmedi maalesef. Sanırım bu booking com’u ilgilendiriyor. Eğer herşeyi booking com aracılığı ile hallediyorsanız tel ve mail adres bilgisi vermeyiniz lütfen!Neden tel ve mail adres bilgisi veriyorsunuz herhangi bir sorun olursa diye değil mi?O zaman cevap da vermeniz gerekmez mi?
