+Location great and parking next to the apartment
−Generally the place in very dirty. Oven and oven tray not cleaned, microwave not cleaned, dishes filthy, dishwasher disgusting. Tried it one but looks little the filter needs sorting too. Shower folding down, shower edges filthy.. floor filthy. Hair in the bed.. and I could be going on and on. Serious cleaning issues!!

“Most enjoyable the parking space was a massive bonus”
+We loved everything about this place, easy to understand instructions for entry, heating, parking wifi and tv. Excellent communication throughout the four day stay. Bathroom was on the small side but well organised and extremely clean. Lots of cupboard space in the bedroom and kitchen. Extremely cold outside during our stay so we appreciated the extra bedding and easy to use heating. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you

“There's better options in the area”
+TV in the bedroom is a nice addition
−Mouldy/stale food in the cupboards, no kitchen bin, rude host, undeclared ring doorbell camera, ridiculous pet fee (£100 per animal), owner accused me of ignoring her messages even tho they're automated, then proceeded to ignore me in return. I have a service dog due to being deaf but I didn't feel comfortable to bring him after the owners attitude. I know they can't charge for service animals but anyone asking for that much will be looking for problems. Owner tried to block my ability to leave a review and I had to contact customer service to be able to leave one, which is why I suspect it has the high rating it does.. Have previously stayed at a different flat on the same street before and I should have just gone back there instead of pinching pennies. Lesson learned

“Great location and good for a short stay”
+Great location. Clean and comfortable.
−WiFi didn’t work! Also no bedding left out for sofa bed.. had a look and found a duvet cover. Main bed super comfy .. pillows fabulous! All very clean.

“Family wedding”
+Centrally located. Well equipped. Very comfortable. The parking space was a great bonus as we were organising a family wedding.

“Superb”
+It was a very pleasant stay. The room is well furnished and the bed is very comfy. Everything looked clean which was reassuring. The location is also very convenient, only a couple of minutes away from a tesco and plenty of places to eat. The heating worked very well (though personally would appreciate a bit more instruction on how to adjust the system). Would definitely stay again!
−Being a ground floor flat there was some unavoidable street noise at night and early morning which is not ideal for light sleepers. But other than this the flat itself is great.

“Modern convenient ground floor liveing close to town”
+This is an excellent modern ground floor flat only a short walk from the centre of Reading. It has everything you need - kitchen, washing machine, two TVs (one in the bedroom), no stairs, huge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a private offstreet carpark, and even a wall mounted electric toothbrush charger (the first I've ever seen). Access was via a door code which means you never have to wonder who has the key. The bed is particularly comfortable - which we appreciated after a 24hr flight from Australia. We'd stay here again for sure.
−I couldn't quite work the wifi code out - but that's probably because I'm quite old now.
