“Wonderful, characterful apartment in the very center,with a fantastic rooftop view and a lot of soul”
+What I liked most is that the photos don’t fully capture how unique this place really is. You get an entire three-level apartment right in the center of Palermo. On the first floor there is a living room, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a large kitchen, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a master bedroom, and an additional bathroom. From there, you go up one more level to a rooftop terrace, which is covered and includes a large dining table, chairs, a barbecue area, and sun loungers. The interior has a very authentic Italian character , it doesn’t feel like an IKEA-style rental. You can see that every corner was designed with care and attention. It feels like a home that was created with love rather than purely for short-term rentals.
−At the same time, this “lived-in” feeling can also be seen as a downside. In some areas, the apartment feels a bit overfilled with items that are not really necessary for short-term stays. It feels as if someone lived there, moved out, but left behind quite a few personal belongings. These items are not usable and sometimes slightly distracting. For example, in the kitchen drawer there seemed to be 20+ nearly identical knives. For a short stay, this is unnecessary , two or three good-quality knives of different sizes would be enough. That said, this is not a major issue.

“nice location”
+it was very good location, close to station, close to the Quatro Canti, and all street food markets. It was very big with a nice terrace on the roof.
−it was not too clean (floor, plates...). the whole apartment was stuck with other people cloths, shoes, plenty of other staff which made me feel someone lives there. all drawers in the kitchen were filled in old, destroyed, not needed kitchen staff, quite difficult to find forks, cups etc. Glasses were closed in a cupboard and not available. Also there was no contact with host, please be careful: the check in time is 5pm, and check out at 10.00 am. Not really convenient and not flexible on request at all. I had to stay at Palermo with suitcases and no apartment for 5 hours, and there was no reply from the host if the quicker check in is possible. Over not working, hydromassage not working and bath not clean.

+Great apartment with a wonderful roof terrace and great location!! Close to attractions, restaurants and markets! Walking distance to train and bus station. We would love to stay there again!

“vies, maar mooi dakterras.”

−Het huis was ronduit smerig. Niet echt opgeruimd, vieze vloeren, vieze vaat, stukken wc-papier door de planten op het dakterras, beddengoed (van de vorige gasten?) in het washok, vaatwasser gaf lekkage. Gelukkig waren de bedden wel netjes en schoon en waren we er maar voor een kort verblijf.

+La struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale ma vendere un appartamento così è una truffa. Non può essere su una piattaforma come Booking un alloggio lasciato completamente abbandonato.
−Appartamento vergognoso: sporco, trascurato e in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili! Un’esperienza scandalosa, una vera presa in giro! Ci è stato consegnato un appartamento completamente sporco, trascurato e lasciato in evidente stato di abbandono. L’unica cosa che sembrava essere stata fatta prima del nostro arrivo era il cambio delle lenzuola… per fortuna almeno quello! Pavimenti sporchi, bagno in condizioni igieniche indecenti, polvere e capelli ovunque. Come se non bastasse, all’interno degli armadi abbiamo trovato lenzuola e biancheria usata dagli ospiti precedenti, buttate lì senza alcun riguardo. Una situazione a dir poco disgustosa! Anche il terrazzo era in condizioni vergognose, con oggetti, bottiglie e carta igienica abbandonati e sparsi ovunque. Un livello di incuria e sporcizia assolutamente inaccettabile! Assistenza completamente inesistente: durante i tre giorni del nostro soggiorno non si è mai presentato nessuno per pulire, sistemare o porre rimedio al disservizio. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza ma nulla, solo risposte automatiche su whatsapp. E tutto questo per quasi 500 EURO per tre notti! Una cifra assurda per un appartamento privo persino delle più elementari condiz

+Een mooie accommodatie in de buurt het station. Vanaf ons verblijf alle bezienswaardigheden van Palermo lopend bezocht. Foodmarket Ballaro is praktisch om de hoek. Het dakterras is fantastisch. Mooi uitzicht over Palermo en heerlijk om warme dagen.

“Tranquilo y totalmente equipado”
+Está muy céntrico cerca de todo, es amplio, y está totalmente equipado, la terraza muy amplia y cómoda, se aparcó bien en la misma calle y no se escucha nada.
−Para salir del portal es con un botón electrónico y no con una llave, debería estar indicado

“God beliggenhed - god lejlighed - dejlig terrasse og dårlig opmærksomhed fra værten.”
+Fin beliggenhed midt mellem den gamle by og Kalsa. Centralt med Via Roma som gennemgående forbindelse - men dermed også ret påvirket af gadestøj nat og dag. Tagterrassen var dejlig - med fantastisk udsigt over den gamle by og bjergene. Men den er snavset - og vi måtte fjerne brugt håndklæde, cigaretskod og flasker fra tidligere gæster. Grillen stod også brugt med rester - og ikke rengjort.
−Kommunikationen er under al kritik. Forud for opholdet fik vi OK respons på vores henvendelser. Men under opholdet fik vi ingen respons på henvendelser om nedenstående problemer: Der ligger et ankomstbrev i lejligheden - skrevet udelukkende på italiensk - hvilket gør den utilgængelig for turister. Desuden er koden til wifi skrevet med håndskrift, hvilket gør den vanskelig at afkode sikkert. Vi forsøgte, men kunne ikke få forbindelse. Annoncen fremhæver ellers, at man får adgang til et særligt hurtigt internet! Det gik vi så glip af! Et andet problem var, at lyset på trappen til terrassen var i stykker: Det blinkede så ubehageligt kraftigt, at det simpelthen blev svært at orientere sig. Vi var faktisk ved at falde et par gange - så vi var nødt til at vælge at gå i mørke ad de ret stejle trin. Disse 2 klager har vi henvendt os om adskellige gange i dagene efter ankomsten - men vi måtte konstatere, at man valgte at ignorere os. Dette i sammenhæng med køkkenets mærkeligt tilfældige og kaotiske organisering efterlod os med en ubehagelig oplevelse af ligegyldighed og neglect. +Apparemment à 5 minutes de la gare IMMENSE.
−Arrivée un peu chaotique. C est un appartement qui n est pas soigné et c est vraiment dommage car il a un immense potentiel. ATTENTION IL Y A BCP D ESCALIER (pas adapté pour personnes à mobilité réduite)
