“Great base to explore Como and lake towns”
+Close to train station. Close to centre of Como eateries and attractions. Comfortable bed. Space to stretch out. Very welcoming. Great communication from host. Lift was very handy.
−Some street noise but that's part of being so close to the action.

“Central Apt in Como”
+Owners v helpful, checking we had arrived ok and all was good. It was a great location with lots of amenities on the doorstep.
−Was quite noisy for sleep but guess thats what you get in such a central location.

“Great apartment, excellent location”
+Super spacious, super clean, modern apartment. Very well equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster etc. Huge bathroom with good shower. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the lake, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants close by.
−Just one observation, the property is on the fourth floor, there is a lift but sometimes it was not working. Also, the building is so close to bars and restaurants that it can be a bit noisy late into the evening.

+Location was absolutely perfect as close to all transport, close to the lake & squares/restaurants for an evening. Felt very safe.
−Recycling instructions were a bit confusing as we couldn't find or understand what bags we had to use.

“Great city, great location but so so hot!”
+Great location and plenty of room. Good facilities with everything provided for.
−Way too hot. Como was very hot whilst we were there but couldn’t get any air into the property without noise from the street and no air conditioning. Two fans provided which were some relief.

+Spacious apartment in excellent area, close to shops, lake & train station. Apartment had linen, towels, washing machine & a well equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer. Loved the little balcony looking out to street, had double glazing so was quiet at night.
−No aircon but there were 2 fans. We stayed 10 nights, no daily service

“Schöner Urlaub in Como”
+Wir waren mit meiner Freundin vom 19.10. bis 01.11.26 in Como und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Das Einchecken war super einfach und unkompliziert. Unser Appartement war hell, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Altstadt. Die Lage ist perfekt - viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür, nette Leute überall und der Comer See war nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit einem tollen Panorama. Besonders schön: Man kann ganz einfach mit dem Schiff über den Comer See fahren und so viele andere wunderschöne Orte rund um den See entdecken - das ist wirklich ein Highlight! Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team von Rent All Como - sie haben uns bei allen Fragen super geholfen und bei Problemen immer sofort und freundlich geantwortet. Man fühlt sich wirklich gut aufgehoben. Von Como aus kann man auch tolle Ausflüge machen mit dem Zug oder Bus , z.B. nach Mailand, Monza und an viele andere schöne Orte Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen - wir würden jederzeit wieder mit meiner Freundin dorthin fahren!

+Très bon emplacement par rapport à la gare, aux restaurants et aux ferrys. Grand appartement avec beaucoup de rangement
−Il y avait des dosettes de café mais malheureusement la prise de la cafetière n'était pas adaptée à la prise murale de la cuisine. La seule prise murale adaptée était dans le couloir près du sol. Les parois de la douche ne se fermaient pas correctement et il n'y avait ni volet, ni rideaux dans la fenêtre de la salle de bain. De plus, nous avons découvert des tâches sur le drap ... Appartement mal isolé, nous entendons les gens dehors ...
