“Unclean”
+Location & Size: The apartment is very well located and is a good size for a group of 6 or 7 people.
−Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. The floors were very dirty, there were spider webs everywhere, and we found leftovers from previous tenants,including a hairbrush full of hair. We contacted the owner, who offered to send someone to clean, but since we had our valuables and couldn’t carry them with us for our city tour, this wasn’t helpful at the time. Dishwasher Issue: On the second day, we noticed the dishwasher wasn’t working. The owner said it would be fixed if we left the keys, but after returning at the end of the day, nothing had been done. The next day, the owner mentioned a missing connection cable and said it would be fixed. On our last day, around 12:30 PM, we found an extension cable left at the door,too late for us to use. Cleaning Fee: I don’t understand why a €75 cleaning fee is charged when the apartment isn’t clean upon arrival, especially since the nightly rate is around €69. This feels unfair and disappointing. Summary: Great location and size for groups, but the apartment was not clean and maintenance issues were not resolved in a timely manner. The cleaning fee does not seem justified given our experience

“AVOID AVOID AVOID! Unreachable host who does not clean apartment between guests!”
−AVOID AVOID AVOID Unreachable host who does not clean apartment between guests! The apartment was found in a completely unacceptable and uninhabitable state, with dirty bed linens, wet and dirty towels, unwashed glasses, and clear signs that the property had not been cleaned. When we arrived the front door was not locked and the keys we found in a lock box were not working. On top of it NO RESPONSE from the host to calls and messages. We were forced to find an emergency accommodation. At the end the host didn’t even bother refunding the booking for 3 nights stay.
