−We booked this apartment for 4 nights , walked into the apartment and all the washing was dumped unfolded on the sofa, the bed wasnt made, towels not folded, net curtains falling down, the mattress and pillows dirty and the apartment didnt look as if this was cleaned. There is a lot of dirt on the freezer's door, the cooker and so on. The sockets were falling off the wall and you could see the live cables. The flat had no basic supplies: no toilet roll, no kitchen roll or washing up liquid. The cutlery , cups were limited too. I messaged the owner to mention the lack of supplies but never had a response. My boy found someone else's socks there too🙄. We had to purchase toilet roll and kitchen roll ourselves from day one. The only good thing about this apartment was the location but it's definitely not worth the money. Avoid it at all cost....

“Very good for a short stay, parking information needs to be updated”
+Location was very good, especially when bringing a dog. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Local park a few steps away and nice walk into town from there. Modern development nearby with lovely new park, coffee shop and carrefour express. Friendly people around.
−I found a parking space right outside the house where the host said I could park and it would be free. I think I was lucky to get the space , it is very busy round there with people parking. I am not sure parking was really free and host did not engage when questioned about it.

“Avoid if possible”
+Location-wise it was good.
−Strong tobacco smell as soon as we walked in, dirty dishes and leftovers in the kitchen, old furniture with stained textile. It is advertised that there is a parking space but turns out it's not true.

“Lipsa curatenie! Proprietarul in regula, dar, din pacate, nu stia ce face personalul de la curățenie!”
+Singurul lucru bun este pozitia, destul de aproape de piata unirii, 15 minute de mers pe jos.
−Nu era facut curat, lenjeria neschimbată, par pe pat, canapea, praf. Am fost cu copiii dupa noi si a trebuit sa ne cautam urgent o alta varianta de cazare, nu am ramas acolo, nu se putea.

“O sa apelez cu siguranta la urmatoarea vizita in Timisoara”
+Locatie Super, la doar 10 min de mers pe jos pana in centrul Timisoarei. Excelent pentru plimbari pe malul Begai. Foarte excelent pentru famili.
−Poate un televizor in dormitor( 2 copii cu gusturi diferite) cred ca ar fi un bonus.

−Pulizia non accurata, sia dei pavimenti, dei servizi e il divano Il letto aveva solo il coprimaterasso di spugna e non aveva le lenzuola, abbiamo chiesto un lenzuolo e il proprietario è stato gentile da portarlo, ma era sempre un altro coprimaterasso di spugna, non un lenzuolo E quando fa molto caldo si dorme meglio sopra un lenzuolo di cotone invece che su un coprimaterasso di spugna
