+Pa logu redzams uzreiz pagalms, visi redz visu, bija rakstīts bezmaksas privāta stāvieta, bet stāvieta atrodas 1km attāluma no izstabiņas!! Jagaida siltais ūdens uzreiz nav, un ar dušu noskrāpējam kaklus, dušas kāts ir apdrupis un ass, neiesaku, ļoti tumšas izstabas. Un saruna notiek tikai caur saraksti, zvanot atbild pavisam cits cilvēks kurš nevar nekādi palīdzēt! Es aizmirsu savu gredzenu un rakstiju, vai ir iespēja atsūtīt ar pakomātu, vai aizbraukt pakaļ!? Un nekādas reakcijas!

“Exceptional location, charming Old Town neighborhood, ground floor apartment in a very quiet courtyard, charming decor,”
+The apartment is very spacious and very nicely decorated. The location is excellent! I was very happy that it’s located on the ground floor, so no carrying bags upstairs, and it’s in a courtyard so it is very quiet. I also liked that the washing machine had English language labels on the controls. Communications with the owner were also good.
−It wasn’t a problem for me being a single renter, however people should be aware that the refrigerator is small, “college dorm style” in size. The water in the shower took a few minutes to heat up however, there is a sign in the bathroom explaining that, so it was not a surprise.

“Great location”
+The location is great. Easy and clear access to the property.
−Wasn’t really clean, dirt on the floor, coffee grounds on the table top. Pillows would need an upgrade. It says there is free parking, once we got instructions where - no parking space in there. No answer from the owner. Eventually had to pay for the parking in the town

“Apartments in the Old Town”
+Much has already been written about this apartment's superb location in the center of the old town. It's spacious, with high ceilings. It's quite quiet. If the owners hadn't skimped on the investment, the apartment would have been priceless.
−First of all, we asked three times to prepare two separate sleeping places; the third time, they said OK! When we arrived, no second bed had been prepared,we were looking for sheets, pillows, and blankets. The bed linen was long overdue for a change,it must have been washed 100 times already. Frankly, it was a little dangerous to lie down on it. There was one towel per person in the bathroom, and the towels were also old and washed-out. I repeat: don't skimp on the money, clean up the apartment, throw out all the dusty junk, and you'll very soon get your money back.

−Очень грязно и пыльно, шторы наверное вообще не стирали и на люстре была и пыль и паутина. Очень сильно пахло канализацией, было ощущуние что ты в подвале . А душе была горячая вода, но вот в умывальнике нет

+Jedynym plusem tego miejsca jest lokalizacja. I na tym plusow koniec. Wlasciciel poleca parking darmowy, ale oddalony 1.5 km od apartamentu. Apartament nie dosprzątany po poprzednikacg, stara pościel, reczniki dziwnie smierdziały. A najlepsza byla infoemacja aby po sobie posprzatac lub zostawic 15 euro na extra sprzątanie 🤦♀️ wymagając porzadku od goscia, najpierw wymagaj go od siebie wlascicielu! Wstyd! Kurz na lampach z kilku miesiecy, podloga w łazience brudna, deska wc nie umyta po poprzednikach 🤢 stare oliwy itp zostawione po poprzednich gosciach. Spalismy jedna noc, nigdy więcej 🤢
