−No wifi at all. Contact the AI and was promised for €50 refund but never received anything

“The accommodation was great and the location perfect. But the issues outlined above marred thebstay.”
−There was major confusion over accessing the apartment - the key safe was lost we were told to meet the cleaners there. We rushed from a very nice lunch to do so and waited over an hour with multiple calls to the helpdesk and a lot of confusion. It was fine but a bad start. And then there was no internet connection due to a major fault. Again I called the helpdesk - they were aware of the issue but no one had informed us. This was another major inconvenience.

“Lovely apartment in an excellent location, would definitely recommend to friends.”
+The location was great, very central. It was quiet , comfortable and secure. Comfortable beds, and a good level of cleanliness throughout the apartment.
−The shower door leaked despite closing it carefully, so the sealing around it may need replacing. We both would have appreciated bedside lights by the bed, and possibly some lamps in the living area to make it a little more cosy.

“A total disaster”
+Location.
−We only had one key for the whole flat and I asked many times to get 2 keys which was never provided. Then the host gas lighted me telling me several times to leave the building key in the lock box 100m from the building door! Several times I explained this couldn't work but they repeated this solution ever trying to resolve the problem. One of us therefore had to sleep somewhere else!! I am requested a refund.

“A brilliant short trip to Berlin”
+Self catering. The location was perfect for ease of getting around Berlin. The apartment was beautifully situated in a quiet courtyard and was really excellent - it provided everything we needed not least extremely comfortable beds. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

−Das WLAN funktioniert nicht und die Mitarbeiter haben uns eine 20 € Simkarte angeboten, aber nur eine für vier Personen und es hatte eh nichts genützt, weil wir alle schon unbegrenztes Internet hatten plus dazu noch in der Wohnung gab es kein Netz. Wir haben nach einer Rückerstattung gefragt beziehungsweise einen Preisnachlass aber sie haben nicht mehr drauf geantwortet.
