“Best of Kalamata with views and excellent pool area”
+Offered everything you would want. Great indoor cooling, sleeping areas, lounge and kitchen. The pool area was brilliant and views of Kalamata were magical.

+We stayed at this wonderful villa for a week, and I honestly can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. But I will try (; From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, who gave us a tour of the villa and even treated us to wine, cheese, olives, and soft drinks - such a thoughtful touch! The villa is extremely well equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a dream vacation: an amazing pool, breathtaking views, and a beautiful home that met all our needs and more. We came with three children, aged 8, 5, and 2. Our main concern before arriving was that the pool isn’t fenced, but the window/door locks are excellent and made it impossible for the younger children to open them on their own, which gave us great peace of mind. The layout of the villa is also fantastic. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, while downstairs there is a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and even an additional bathroom. This meant we could enjoy the spectacular sunsets downstairs in peace while the kids were upstairs sleeping or relaxing with their screens, completely exhausted after spending all day in the pool! +The pool is amazing and so is the house. Stavros was very helpful from start to finish. There was a nice welcome basket with local products. We took advantage of the bbq area and got some nice meat from the local butcher for dinners. We were there with our 3 kids and everyone had an amazing time. Would highly recommend.

“Amazing”
+We took the two Villas as we were 12 people, The villas are adjacent to each other, so it is very convenient for big families. The view is amazing, every thing is as new and very clean, each villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 master with bathroom and 2 rooms with one shared bathroom and another toilet down stairs, you have every thing you need and if something is missing you can ask and they will bring, the villa is on the mountain and area is very quite. the out side includes every thing you can dream on sunbeds, BBQ, and others, We enjoined very much and will recommend it to every one
−didn't mind us - but you must take in consideration that you need a car to get there

+House is amazing, new and modern. You have everything you need (basics)
−Broken glass outside and in front of the back door leading to the pool. Cleaners must have missed but was very visible and traveling with kids was little cautions to let them out.

Hier passt einfach alles: Aussicht, Pool, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Ruhe, Freundlichkeit und Disponibilität des Eigentümers und des Managements. Uns wurden sogar neue Sonnenschirme und Stühle für Strandbesuche zur Verfügung gestellt.
