+Everything was wonderful. Nice apartment that felt very home like.
−The amount of fragrance used. Too much in my opinion so we removed them and placed them outdoors to avoid one of the party from having allergy issues.

“A comfortable apartment in a great location!”
+We were in a balcony apartment; the balcony with its small table and chairs, is an added bonus and in good weather is a nice place to sit and relax with a snack. The apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located near restaurants, markets, and a tram stop for easy access to the train station or even the airport. Marian, our host, was wonderful and made sure we had what we needed whether it was more towels, emptying the trash, or when I was ill one day, recommending an English-speaking doctor if I needed one (happily I didn't!). Marian always responded quickly to my messages, which my husband and I greatly appreciated. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up at an ungodly hour of the morning when we had an early flight. Her kindness and the comfortable apartment added to our enjoyment during our stay in Firenze.

+The apartment was in a good location near the city centre. Everything that you need is at the walkable distance. The host was really helpful and nice. This was my second stay here.

“Awesome stay for our first visit to Firenze”
+Conveniently located outside the busy historic city center but close enough to walk (25 min), 15 min to train station. Property was comfortable for our family of 4. Host was most helpful and quick to respond to anything you need. We had issues using Italy taxi app and Marian offered to order a taxi for us, awesome on a rainy day, otherwise we’d have to walk to the taxi queue by the train station or take the tram nearby.

“Wonderful!”
+We were five adults staying at Celeste House, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, bright, airy, and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. Having two bathrooms was especially great and made our stay even more convenient. We appreciated the convenience of having a washer for small loads of laundry, even though doing laundry isn’t usually something we want to do on vacation! There’s a coffee shop, bakery, and several restaurants very close by. We also enjoyed walking to the Duomo; it took us about half an hour and was a lovely walk for anyone who enjoys exploring on foot. The host was excellent: she gave us clear instructions for getting into the apartment, communicated with us throughout our stay, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedroom area was quiet at night, and having the bedrooms together worked well for our group. I would highly recommend Celeste House for a group of adults or a family.
