“Great location in the old town of Cadiz. Roomy apartment that was comfortable for our 3 night stay.”
+The apartment had all we needed and plenty of room for the two of us for a 3 night stay. After some initial confusion with check in, the access codes were sent and easy to use. Enjoyed our stay and the location of the apartment was great. Instructions for checking out were informative and prompt.
−Regrettably check in was not so smooth. The phone number to contact on the initial check in information was not correct. Luckily this was a very helpful host of a different apartment who helped put us in touch with the right host. There was no apology or concern shown from our hosts, but we are hopeful this has been sorted out for the future (we were not the first people to receive the wrong number). Limited kitchen equipment which would have made cooking a challenge. The shower head was broken so had to be held all the time when showering. Hosts advised, but have received no confirmation they will be fixing it.

“Great value for money in the heart of the old town.”
+We loved our stay in this apartment. It's position in the Old Town is perfect for exploring Cadiz. The area is quiet and authentic. It was a self check in but this was quite straight forward and all related information sent to me ahead of time. The apartment itself is modern and spacious with a well equipped living and dining area. It was great to have cooking facilities and a washing machine. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was small but perfectly formed! I thought it was really good value for money.
−Very high ceilings so did get a bit chilly at night. Probably could have done with a blanket.

“Vacaciones Cadiz”
+El apartamento estuvo genial, tenia de todas las comidades incluso lavavajillas y lavadora. Al llegar las llaves estaban en una cajetita y como no podiamos abrilrla la chica estuvo al pendiente en todo momento a pesar de la hora que era. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, además la chica que nos atendió muy amable en todo momento. Mi pareja y yo estuvimos muy bien y encantados, además la relación ubicación, calidad, precio, genial. En nuestra proxima visita a Cadiz repetiremos sin duda con CDZ Poniente.
−Todo estuvo genial, el apartamento, la ubicación y el precio. Aunque la ducha era un poco pequeña, por lo demás todo muy bien.

−Las instalaciones estaban bien pero tenía detalles que deben revisar como la puerta del baño que arrastra y está hinchada. La ducha el soporte de la alcachofa estaba roto. Le faltan mosquiteras y un aire acondicionado en el dormitorio

“Podría ser mejor”
+Cerca de la caleta y al centro histórico.
−La experiencia no fue la esperada. Había bastante ruido procedente de otros pisos, por lo que no considero que sea un lugar adecuado para descansar. Además, la ducha es excesivamente pequeña. La comunicación con la anfitriona tampoco fue buena. No estuvo pendiente de mis mensajes hasta unas horas antes de la entrada y justificó la demora diciendo que tenían muchos pisos en alquiler y demasiados mensajes para responder. Durante la estancia tampoco hubo ningún seguimiento para saber si necesitábamos algo o si podían hacer algo para mejorar nuestra experiencia. Por último, el sofá cama no corresponde con el que aparece en las fotografías y es muy incómodo. En mi opinión, no reúne unas condiciones adecuadas para dormir en él. En general, considero que hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar, especialmente el descanso, la comodidad y la atención al huésped.

−Cuando llegamos tardaron en darnos el apartamento..Una vez dentro la limpieza brillaba x su ausencia.llevábamos dos horas en él y goteras…
