“A fabulous base for a magical stay in Sanremo!”
+We were met at the station by our wonderful host Piero who personally took us by car to the apartment. There was Prosecco in the fridge - a lovely touch! The apartment was very central and near the beach, restaurants and shopping area. It had fabulous views of the city. The roof terrace was a lovely space for chilling in the early evening. It also had a small kitchen on the roof terrace for preparing food and a fridge! The sun beds and umbrella were a nice addition too. Everything had been thought of.

“Enjoyed our 5 nights in Sanremo in a lovely apartment”
+it’s a large spacious air conditioned apartment with all the facilities and equipment we needed. Comfortable bed - always a bonus. Although located in the heart of the city, the apartment was quiet. It has a lovely roof terrace to enjoy a breakfast and evening meal. Our hosts were great - friendly, taxied us from and to the railway station and communicated well .
−Nothing to dislike.

+The hospitality and reception by Piero were very good. The apartment was very clean and in very good condition. The private roof terrass with own kitchen was so nice to use.

“Excellent location, accommodating owner, difficult access for elderly and families with small kids.”
+The property is located right in the heart of Sanremo in the middle of pedestrian zone, close to all amenities and restaurants. The property was presented in good condition throughout. It has a big reception, medium size bedroom and fit-in kitchen. It was clean and equipped with AC, washing machine and a dish washer, provided with bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. There is also access to a private area on the roof equipped with a small kitchen and access to a patio with a dining table and two sun beds. Piero, the owner of the property, is a very accommodating and honest person who was a pleasure to deal with.
−The property is located on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the lift only goes to the second floor and you will have to walk up the stairs two floors. The stairs are steep and not easy for senior people to manage, especially, with luggage. Access to the roof is available via a narrow and steep staircase which may not be easy / safe for elderly and kids. Bathroom is rather small.

+La situation en plein centre de la ville, la proximité de la mer, de toutes les attractions de Sanremo, la propreté de l'appartement et ses équipements et tout particulièrement la climatisation. La situation de l'appartement est exceptionnelle.

“Un complimento va all'host Piero che ha dimostrato gentilezza e grande disponibilità.”
+La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, con ristoranti e negozi a portata di mano, ma nonostante questo si gode di una vera oasi di pace. La spiaggia e il lungomare sono facilmente raggiungibili.

+Tutto perfetto, in particolar modo la posizione super centrale e vicinissima a negozi e ristoranti, anche Il teatro Ariston è a pochi passi. La gentilezza dei proprietari è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Li ringrazio ancora per la loro disponibilità. Alloggio super consigliato!!
