“Apartment itself beautiful and comfortable”
+The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and in a great location.
−Unfortunately, the experience was not good with managment who overwhelmed us with messages, calls, and emails. Instructions like “empty the trash,” “turn off the lights,” and “behave responsibly,” along with warnings that we would have to pay for a plumber if we clogged the drain, felt excessive and honestly quite uncomfortable. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt constantly monitored. Such a shame, because the apartment itself is truly lovely.

“A spacious, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality and communication. We'd happily book again!!”
+We had a fantastic stay at Cavour Five Senses! The host was excellent throughout , communication was clear and responsive, and they gave us great recommendations for places to eat, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, with great AC, a nice kitchen area, and a cozy eating space that was perfect for the two of us. There was also a cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV, which made for a nice space to relax in the evenings. The washer was a wonderful bonus and came in very handy during our stay. We also loved having a bathroom and a half , such a nice touch of extra convenience and comfort.

“Beautiful, comfortable apartment with perfect location”
+I loved the spacious terrace - it was perfect for breakfast, dinner, or just to relax. The apartment was beautiful and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Another bonus was its location - the apartment was literally 5 min away from the Duomo (and by that I mean a leisurely walk). There were also super convenient bus connections to the central station and to Ufizi (in case you have mobility issues or simply prefer not to walk, which otherwise would be no problem at all). Last but not least, the hosts Heidi and Antonella were very kind and always available if we had any questions. I highly recommend this place!

“That fact that we would return (and plan to return!) without reservation says it all!!”
+The location was excellent...VERY convenient to all points of interest, every part of the city within short 10-12 minute easy-paced walk. Right across the street from a bank and ATM, convenience store within a block. Ristorante, Osteria's and Trattoria's nearby!
−Honestly, there is not one single thing that could be improved upon.

+Amazing host, excellent location, very clean and well appointed. Beautiful apartment which is decorated better than a hotel room. Definitely coming back!
−Only very slight downer for construction noise going on in the next door apartment, had to draw curtains some times as workers could see into the apartment. Very minor issue though and the host seems to be able to get noise stopped.
